Stole deposit and never showed up to perform work

Worst company ever. Do not recommended for anyone. A real nightmare.

JBN was never on time and did not have the skills and team to perform the tasks as they claimed. I have requested to return my deposit on August 5, 2021 after they failed to complete a single task laid out in our contract after repeated delay. Today is August 26, 2021. No one at JBN is able to provide a resolution.

My contract with JBN is to remodel my basement, which is supposed to be a two month project from early July 2021 to late August 2021 . It included replacing 7 windows and 1 door, replace stairs, sand and polish floor, put in drywall and add insulation. They told me they will assign a project manager on site to supervise the project and have a system where I can log into track project status and progress. On that basis, I signed the contract on June 1, 2021 and paid a deposit of $6,467.

Between July 1, 2021 and August 5, 2021, JBN showed up twice, each time for less than 1 hour. During these times, they took out the old stairs and one window and damaged the window frame. I called and emailed JBN multiple times asking for a detailed work schedule. Every time I called, there appears to be a different person answering the phone. There is Kimi, Lisa, Steven, Jose, and Johnson. None of them can tell me who is my project manager on site and when they can start on my job.

I put my basement stuff in temporary storage and expect a baby soon. So I must finish the basement before September and cannot tolerate JBN's inability to perform their work and lack of communication. Therefore, I need to find another contractor to work on the job and get it done before September.

I started requesting return of deposit on August 5, 2021 and followed up multiple times. JBN never responded to my requests with a resolution as of August 26, 2021.

Good subcontractor.

They wired our new store but mislabeled some things, kept asking them to come put proper labels on and they repeatedly put the issue off.

Employee driving business truck comes to a place of business parks in handicap and is down right rude saying I will only be there for 2 minutes how about not parking there to begin with as the parking lot was completely empty and plenty of open spots, maybe train your employee on professionalism as it will get you far in life, license plate of said truck is C97923V

The trailer marked PDJ-4 doesn’t know how to use turn signals. Came inches from side swiping me.

Saved the day! Thought we had a simple job to convert a 3 prong plug to a 4 prong for a new range. Titan discovered some bad wiring and juggled schedules to make sure we were ready for our install. Thanks, guys!

Look elsewhere.

How can any company that operates in Bellevue have such terrible customer service? Recommendation was given via the concierge in our building, however, they were just hugely disappointing. Here are just some nice examples:

1) We asked the vendor to take off their shoes while they entered our condo, but they refused stating they weren't sure if they were going to step on something. OK. You're doing business in a tower where most condos are $1m+ USD. Take off your bloody shoes. Bring your own shoe cover. Why would you continue to keep your shoes on inside the customers house? If you step on something and hurt yourself, OK, file a claim against the insurance policy on the condo.

2) Who charges an additional parking charge for their work? This brilliant and marvelous company not only charges a trip minimum, but then they add an additional fee for their parking. Alright isn't that something that possibly you want to tell your customers beforehand?

TLDR: Go elsewhere.

A top- notch electrical contractor. This company prides itself in high quality work for a fair market price. The tradesmen they employ are highly skilled and care about making a great product for their customers. When a safe, quality installation needs to be done in a timely manner, Titan Electric is second to none.

I have hired Titan Electric three times to fix issues in the new condominium we purchased. The unit needed new outlets, rewiring, and miscellaneous electrical updates that I did not feel comfortable doing myself. Matt was awesome. He educated me on everything he was doing and provided reasonable estimates and got the job done in a short period of time. I highly recommend their service! They are my go to electricians.They also offer a 30 day payment terms for all work.

I had Titan Electric complete a fairly complex project, as far as “residential” things go— an EV charger in an underground garage in a medium sized condo complex.

Though the project was expensive, as any project this size would be, their bid was more competitive than other electricians in the area and they completed the job quickly and incredibly efficiently.

The install looks fantastic and unobtrusive, and the charger is working great. Both electricians were professional and knowledgeable, and despite a scheduling problem with the city electrical inspector, completed the job and permitting process with no issues on their side. I would highly recommend Titan for any similar projects.

He communicated ahead of time when he was on his way and took care of the problem super quickly — he also helped let us know how to fix similar problems in the future without having to get a plumber.
