We had a backup that had water draining down through a light fixture in the basement. My husband called Ron at 8:30 am and Ron arrived by 10:30. Ron snaked a camera through the drain and found roots taking up residency. He hydro jetted the drain pipe and cleared the drain for a very affordable price. Highly recommend Ron with American Rooter!

Ron was great to work with! I hired him to hydrojet the drains at my parents’ house, which often get clogged with roots and mud. I’d used another company before, but always felt that they weren’t very honest, thorough, or punctual. Ron was the complete opposite - he was transparent, detailed and dependable.

I really liked that he’s the owner and the one who came out to do both the estimate and the work (no middleman). He walked me through everything, let me watch the camera inspection, and explained what he was doing the whole way through. He cleared out a root plug and even flushed the connecting pipe to the neighbor’s house. Super thorough and professional. I highly recommend! Thanks Ron!

My side sewer line was completely blocked by roots. Fortunately, Ron was able to come by that same afternoon. He was very friendly, explained everything very clearly, and was very thorough in his work. He went above and beyond what others have done. He did excellent work, and I am very pleased!

This is who to call when your line is backed up. Ron was amazing with my difficult piping situation. He was able to get it hydrojetted and rip all the roots that had grown through the pipe. Great guy, who really knows his stuff. He also had the best prices from the quotes I got.

Ron is a great guy, and super responsive. I sent him a tentative email looking for a quote on Saturday, not expecting to hear anything before Monday and within an hour he replied to give me him a call. "I can come out tomorrow morning. Sunday morning" . He turned up exactly as he said on time, took one look at the drainage swail and said "I'm going to run a camera down right now whilst I'm here". Never mind the quote. He was able to do a video for us of the pipe and show that it hadn't got damaged and this was all in less than 24 hours. Absolutely stunning service would definitely use him again. Great guy! Tried for over an hour to get a quote on buying 30 doors only to be told when I got to the front of the line , That I've been here for 12 hours and am going home. Wait for Bill he's at lunch!!!!!

Don't buy carpet here, they outsource the installation. We had a horrible experience with the their vendor "Carpet Pro" out of Tacoma.... Every thing else they do seems awesome

Purchased a door installation through home depo, waited for over a month and still couldn't set up an appointment to install the door, will never purchase any installation theough home depo again.

We purchased all new windows for our home on December 31, 2015. They were several weeks late in installing, but they did finally get them installed in March of 2016. Their contractor did some damage with their saws on our exterior siding when cutting the old windows out. Home depot's fix was to caulk the cuts they made (over 10" in some places). The track cover on one of our new sliding glass doors was broken. This took about 2 months to be replaced, but when they went to replace the cover, they realized the actual frame to the slider was shattered (this was in May of 2016). The contractor said he would alert home depot so they could get it fixed. By the way - these windows come with a lifetime warranty on the windows and screens - no matter what happens to them. While we're waiting for our slider to be fixed, our bedroom window had a spiral crack in it (no point of impact). I figure it was just a defect at time of manufacture. I called customer support at the beginning of August to check on the slider and let them know about this new crack. The manager called me back and said they'd have both repaired by labor day. Nothing happened. Oct. 13th I called and reported that I haven't heard anything. Customer support emailed the appropriate managers and nothing happened. I called Oct. 24th and spoke to customer support. They said if I don't hear form someone within 48 hours to call the customer care team to lodge a formal complaint. I never received a call. I called the customer care team on Oct. 27th. They said that I should hear something within 24 hours. It's now been 1 week and I haven't heard anything. I'll be calling them this afternoon, but this is absolutely ridiculous. If I provided this type of customer service in my field we would be out of business. This has been a job that was supposed to be completed at the end of February and it is not November 3rd without it being completely finished out. I just want them to do what they said they'd do - which is provide a good product, installed correctly with a lifetime warranty.
