One night 2 rooms in my home lost power. I tried resetting all switches in the board to no avail. Next day, I called a few electricians and Marvin realized my urgency. No power in kids' rooms is a disaster for a mother.
He stopped by, checked the board, and immediately figured out the tripped switch and restored the power.

I recently hired Brechtech to install a new panel and exterior outlets in my home, and I must say, the experience was outstanding.

The work they performed was nothing short of fantastic. From the surge protector installation to ensuring everything was up to code, they handled every aspect with utmost professionalism and expertise including all the city items. What truly stood out to me was the impeccable quality of their work. There were no hidden fees or unexpected surprises; the final cost matched the initial quote precisely, and the entire process was hassle-free.

The team consisted of two friendly and highly skilled electricians who conducted themselves with professionalism throughout the project. Their work was exceptionally neat, and they managed to rewire and redistribute power seamlessly. They even managed to take a few and explain to me some of the nuances of my wiring which helped me later on in some personal projects.

I believe that a company's integrity shines brightest when they face challenges, and I want to commend Brechtech for their honesty and accountability. A mistake occurred during the project, which resulted in damage to our water heater. However, instead of making excuses or avoiding responsibility, the company promptly obtained the necessary parts on the same day and even offered to accommodate us in a hotel. There was no need for me to persuade them or engage in uncomfortable discussions. This level of professionalism and willingness to rectify the situation exceeded my expectations. they sort of took care of everything. It felt like a premium experience

It isn't a very likely for these issue to happen, but it 's just one of these things that does sometimes, and they made it super simple. in this day I was almost more impressed with that than the work.

Choosing to switch to a gas water heater on BrechTech’s recommendation was the best decision. The unit is fantastic, and the installation was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

Highly recommend! I used Brechtech electric for our partial kitchen remodel under a very tight timeline and deadline. Phil helped with the rough in for all new electrical components and wiring and then came back for a full day of finish work a few days latter. Working with Phil was super, we had some tricky low voltage under cabinet lighting to retrofit into existing cabinets which required a bit of brainstorming and an instalation puzzle to figure out and he came up with a great solution in working with some very tight spaces for the install.

Also installed all new counter recepticales and new track lighting and multiple conversions to dimable fixtures. We really only had 1 day to do all the work and while it was a long day with some snags it was a pleasure to work with Phil and his absolute professionalism and genuinely enjoyable energy to bring the project to completion under a very crunched timeline.

The end result looks fantastic and the new layout is both efficient and perfect.

Brechtech was not the lowest or highest estimate but we felt very comfortable with them. They upgrades our panel did some wiring added outside outlets I can say we are more than pleased. They were very professional did clean, good quality work. We HIGHLY recommend this company above all for honesty & quality.

What an awesome company! My son works at Microsoft and had an urgent deadline to hit when we lost electricity. Not only did he show up after hours, but he showed me how to fix the issue myself (loose wire on a circuit that connected multiple lights and plugs) if it ever happens again. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. I highly recommend them!!

Excellent service! I had two new outlets and breakers installed for an induction range and new microwave, and they accommodated me quickly since it was urgent - I had a new oven I couldn't use. The guys were highly competent, kind, and considerate, so much so that I felt comfortable taking a nap while they were working downstairs. They kept the mess to a bare minimum, even using a cover for their drill so the dust wouldn't go everywhere. I would absolutely hire them again! UPDATE: Please know the price is $150 PER PERSON, so I was charged $300/hr. $1920 for five hours of work. They did a good job, but be aware of the expense. I didn't know.

Marvin was great to work with. I called him, he came out a day or two later and scoped out the project. He emailed the proposal later that night. We hashed out a few details and came to an agreement.
I made the initial payment to Marvin, used to buy the materials that have a long lead time and also to start the work for permitting the changes. The permit applications were submitted a day or two later, and then we waited ~6 weeks for Seattle City Light to come disconnect our power so Marvin and his teammate could rewire everything from the street to a new panel.

Marvin was a great communicator. For example, on Thursday he predicted that our power would be restored on Friday at 1:30pm. I asked him to text me at 10:30am on Friday with an updated estimate. He texted me at 10:28am with the update.

Ultimately, the bulk of the work was upgrading us from 100A service to 200A service, including:
* Running new service wires from the power lines to our house.
* Installing a new mast, to receive the new wires from the power lines
* Installing new grounding rods, and routing them appropriately
* A new meter, and outdoor panel with service disconnect
* A new panel
* A new car charger outlet
* 2 new 120v outlets, interior and exterior

I got several calls when I sent out a request for bid from Aggie’s List App in the middle of the night. Rod was one of the first few responded my request. When talking to him over the phone about my furnace issues, I knew Rod was the right professional I needed to hire for the job. When they came to my house next day in the morning, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had the right equipment to do the diagnosis. They were very truthful about what they could do and what they couldn’t. They gave me options for me to consider. I would hire them again if I have furnace issues in the future.

Have used them twice for electric and hvac work - impressively prompt availability. They are also professional when presenting the spectrum of options and their cost. I have not experienced the upselling tone that competitors use, which ultimately reduces trust. They will be my go-to for home services going forward.

I had installed a Nest Thermostat in fall 2018, and my furnace board blew out in December 2018. I called a few places and Rodney was the one who could come. He was super friendly, efficient and thorough.

Given that the board had to be replaced, he put in an order, came back after a few days - promptly fixed it and that was it.

Unfortunately, a few days ago, no heat. I called Rodney again, he came over and was surprised that the board was out again. Fortunately covered under warranty. He tried to get a replacement board the same day, but couldn't. He was promptly at my place at 8am next day with a replacement board. Since this was covered under warranty, he didnt charge a penny (no service charge, no board replacement fee nothing).

Also found out that the "Professional Installation" of Nest I had done earlier didn't have the C-Wire connected, which is responsible for the board blowing out.

I am a bit perplexed by some of the negative reviews. If at all anything, Rodney was very courteous, and demonstrated his expertise multiple times over, about the system configurations and how I can upgrade to an AC unit without needing to upgrade the board etc.

I have OutToday saved as my emergency plumbing/heating and electrical folks. They have won a customer for sure.

The staff member came by the house, not just on time, but early! We had requested service the day before, so the responsiveness of the company was so uncommon.

He was great, looked over the problem of a GFCI outlet constantly shorting. Went from the main panel to the outdoor sub panel to the switch that was tripping to the outlet beyond the GFCI, down my our dock to trace the problem. He found that the PVC pipe protecting the conduit from the GFCI to the outlet was cracked, letting water to drain down the outlet box and cause the short. He repaired the PVC piping, drained and dried the pipe and outlet and tested everything... all worked perfectly. He also gave us an option to do a more long term solution that we did not opt for but appreciated.

On top of everything, I was not home at the time, so he worked with my wife to sort all this out, video taped the problem so I could review it live with him! What ridiculously cool service!

And, it cost less than $400! A great value.

Andrew was super professional and friendly. He did a perfect install for our almost heaven sauna and the wiring was perfectly hidden to the point you wouldnt even know there was power hooked up. Thanks Andrew!

I highly recommend Out Today Home Services. I called them with an urgent electrical issue and they were highly responsive, quickly scheduled an appointment and I found them to be very professional and courteous. They arrived at my property on time, was able to quickly understand the problem and rapidly identified the solution. I will certainly be using Out Today again in the future.

I’ve used OutToday 5 or 6 times now, and every time they’ve been fast to arrive, quick to diagnose, and always ready to give options with pros and cons and a good recco. They work fast and to the schedules they promised. They’re my first call, I recommend them to my friends now.

Highly recommend their service! We hired them to fix work that another contractor did not do properly wiring new electrical for overhead lighting. They were able to come out the same day within hours to resolve the problem. The technician, Jinder, was highly skilled and knowledgeable. He walked us through what was done incorrectly and how he was going to fix it. Very professional work and I would recommend anyone installing new overhead ceiling lights to hire OutToday!

We needed to install new vent pipe in the kitchen to substitute our downdraft one couple years ago. Tech came in and without a min wasted cut into the wall installed the pipe, added new electrical outlet for the vent, sealed side wall where new electrical box was, showed me some trick to make drywall proper way. We had estimates for 2-3 days of work. He did it in 7hr flat. We got proper pro for this work. Definitely recommend. It was pricy (for 1 day), but worth it (compare to 2-3 days estimates). Next day we already were painting ceiling. Mind blowing.

Great service from this team over the past year! Electrical, water, bathroom and yesterday, furnace repair. Kiefer arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended the fix. He clearly itemized the costs and quickly procured the parts. Implementation was flawless and the furnace is now functioning perfectly. Yesterday's performance continued the trend of great service we have had with OutToday.
