The company reached out and was fast to schedule their service with in a day. The plumber came out th next day and he was, friendly, quick and replaced our tub spout valve in 2 to 3 hours. I would recommend their company for promptness and the labor value is on the high end. But would pay them to come out again. Thank you!

Since this was outside my usual service area, I chose them based on their stellar reviews, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I called, they were prompt, professional, and accommodating.

They had no issues with working on a vacant property and accessing it through my lockbox, which saved me a trip to Bellevue. The whole job was completed in under two hours, which was incredibly impressive. Even better, they didn’t find any major problems, and the total cost came in a bit lower than expected.

Technician came out and efficiently identified the issue, explained some safety risks with the prior setup, and gave us several options for moving forward. We went with replacing the old unit and he had the replacement installed ahead of schedule.

The AC quit working during a hot week and I called for HVAC help. They showed up the next morning and figured out it was a capacitor issue. Fixed it quick and now the house stays nice and cool again. They also gave some advice on keeping the unit clean so it don’t happen again. Price was decent and service was fast. The guy was polite and seemed to really know his stuff. Only thing is the time window was a little long but I understand it gets busy. I’d definitely use them again if I have more issues.

Got our gas range replaced with an efficient electric one. OutToday sent someone out first day and then got it fixed the day after. Got the gas line capped and the 240v upgrade all in one go! Super transparent pricing and super professional.

I gave the technician five stars because he was prompt and professional in his work. He was at my door within an hour and a half after I made the appointment. He quickly located the problem and picked up the part and installed it when he returned. Everything was accomplished within a couple of hours. I was very impressed. This was the second time i used this company.

They took care of a light fixture problem in about an hour that had been plaguing us for months! Just a quick consultation, an up front quote, and then they came out the next day to perform the installation. Everything works great.

These guys came out on Xmas Eve to install our new water heater. They are efficient, friendly, neat and hard working. I can't recommend them highly enough. I will continue to call on them for all our heating & plumbing needs.

I have a tri-fuel portable generator that I wanted hooked up to my house’s electrical panel. Rodney came out and provided me with multiple options to fit our budget, including connecting an external gas line to our natural gas meter, installing a generator outlet and a Pro/Tran 2 transfer switch (which is a more straightforward and user friendly option compared to an interlock kit). Rodney and Andrew were working on the project all day and did a test run with me to ensure our generator could handle all the components and rooms we wanted fully functional during a power outage. Great customer service and highly recommended.

My furnace stopped working during a cold snap, and OutToday Heating & Air came out within 24 hours to fix it. The technician was friendly, professional, and got everything working quickly. I really appreciated their fast, reliable service and would definitely use them again

Update: After further discussion and inspection, OutToday has agreed to replace the pump at no charge. While our initial experience was frustrating due to communication and how the situation was presented, we appreciate that the company ultimately stood behind the installation and is working with us on a resolution.

Last year, our furnace stopped working and we called this company because their sticker was on our unit. The technician diagnosed a failed condensate pump and replaced it for approximately $1000.

Fast forward one year — the pump began making extremely loud noises. Since the unit and labor should still be under warranty, we called them back.

A different technician came out and initially claimed the outlet pipe was blocked (it was not — there was no visible obstruction, and no water in the pipe when we noticed the noise). After we asked him to inspect the pump itself, he opened it and found that the plastic impeller was completely shattered.

We were then told the damage must have been caused by something from the furnace dropping into the pump, and we were pressured to replace the entire furnace. There was no debris inside the pump to support that claim. The technician even mentioned he had never seen this pump model before — despite it being installed by their company last year.

When we called the manager to discuss the situation, we were told: “Don’t waste my time if you don’t want to go with our option.”

We expected professional service but instead felt disappointed, dismissed, and pressured into a major furnace replacement without clear justification.

We're sure this will be overwhelmed by all the 5 start reviews, but we cannot wholeheartedly recommend a company that refuses to stand behind its own installation and responds unprofessionally to customer concerns.

Outtoday are the only people I would call for anything under their purview, they are amazing. Super knowledgeable, super nice, extremely easy to schedule and reliable. I'm constantly recommending them to everyone I know. I've used them for pretty much every kind of issue (furnace, AC, broken plumbing, scary electrical noise in the wall, etc) thanks to my old house and they've been fantastic every single time. Can't recommend high enough.

My experience with this company and company owner as well as Andrew who came to perform services is nothing less than excellent. The office was exceedingly professional and very knowledgeable. I had the confidence that they wanted to help me instead of just make a quick buck. I really appreciated that. Andrew, the service man that came by Was outstanding.
