Garbage Collection reviews in Bellevue, Washington

No garbage service 2 weeks in a row?? You want me to stink up my car with now 3 week old garbage to bring it to your location??? What a load of crap. Been on hold for 30 minutes and no one picks up. If you all aren't busy picking up garbage you can at least answer your phones. I'm supposed to move out of my house in a few days with bags of garbage sitting around everywhere.

Can we get rid of this company? The service is unacceptable and they don't have backup plans when things don't work as they should. Additionally, I would like to see that customers are not invoiced this month, since we have to deal with our own trash.

The city of Bellevue needs to take action about this. We can't wait in line for two hours just to drop off garbage.

My wife and are in our 80s and we are now going on THREE weeks without a pick up of garbage, recycle and yard waste. We have been customers for decades and paid the bills on time. We CANNOT physically deliver the garbage to Republic collection points. Republic needs to show loyalty to their local customers rather than to union strikers in other states!! President Kennedy was hesitant with regard to giving public service unions the power to strike; he was correct to be so.

Awful experience talking with people to just attempt to get service started. Website and email tell you to choose service online, online has no options other than "linking" which does not work, customer service options go in circles infinitely and the final option is to call a number that isn't even listed.

Moved to a new place and set up an online account. Won't let me do anything unless I provide my account # supposedly on the welcome email. I got 3 emails but neither has my account #. I clicked the link for customer service but all it was is an animated payment. This company also had one of their drivers drive right into the side of my car on the freeway a few years back.

Ummm, Allied Waste keeps doxxing information about other accounts and then vomiting them repeatedly in my email. We called you about 1000 times and this is stupid already. Also, Google, you suck. Get off me. I'm NOT buying it. I'm NOT paying your stupid sales bots.

The driver of the truck 2351 an older man with white hair and wears sunglasses seems to think it's a great idea to park his garbage truck on 20th in sammamish wa. And proceed to urinate on the side of the road not once but Two different times while children are out on the sidewalks while he's exposing him self needs to not only be fired but Also arrested! The police have been notified! This company obviously doesn't keep tabs on who they hire.

I changed trash bin size from 19gal to 32gal, the billing department obviously got so confused for this basic thing, double charged me both 19 gal and 32 gal on two invoices, I've called the customer service on five different days, no one ever answered. Honestly so frustrating, might as well just pay for the double charge to be done with this!
