Very pleased with the Pro Care service! The Pro Care team was excellent in every way. They did a fantastic job with our outside home maintenance projects; they were friendly and deployed highest quality of care. The office staff was also very helpful in coordinating the project.

The estimate was wrong for Holiday lighting initially, and there was going to be a $2,000 up charge, but the business owner split it with me, which was more than fair. The install quality on the lights, especially in one difficult tree over water, was awesome. It looks great.

Pro care Inc. continues to do great work! They are very reliable and a pleasure to work with throughout the process of scheduling, pressure washing my sidewalk, cleaning windows etc. Pro Care recently installed new holiday lights on my house and they look fantastic. I also find Pro Care to be reasonably priced too.

Pro Care has been providing pressure washing and window cleaning services to my house since 2018. I have always been super impressed by the result. Not only the quality is great, whenever there's a judgement call by the technician on which way to go to fulfill the order, they always err on the side of doing more, not less. In the last few years, with costs rising everywhere, their fee has increased quite significantly from when I started their service, almost doubled from the 2018 level. I was understandably upset but the quality of their work always convinced me to stay with them. They are and will be my first choice when it comes to pressure wash my house and keep the windows clean.

The person that helped me was very professional, on time and communicated well. However, for the time it took to clean the gutters and remove the Christmas lights on one apex and side gutters, the price was high for a little over an hour of actual labor.

I chose Procare to wash the outside of my windows and clean the gutters. Their response was excellent. After a discussion with a representative they provide a detailed estimate and I accpepted their proposal. Their representative arrived on time and performed an excellent job, cleaning all windows and clearing the gutters. He cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. I am very satisfied with the job and the entire process of getting it done.
