We agreed to an estimate based on a representation made at the time of the estimate that 2 people would be working at our home for Pressure Washing for 6 to 8 hours. (The amount quoted made sense in light of a 12 to 16 hour estimated project.)

In actuality, one person came and completed the job in less than three hours. They tried to represent otherwise, but our security cameras documented the truth. The owner of the company doubled-down and made a ton of excuses about the basis for the estimate, and in our opinion, proceeded with a lack of integrity and fairness (not to mention the work was not done very well). They were not even willing to consider a reduction in price and continued to misrepresent their method and the services actually provided. We paid the invoice because we did not want the headache, but I do not recommend PROCARE for any work.

We are very pleased with the results of recent power wash by Pro Care, Inc of our backyard walkways and patios and large driveway in front. It was a difficult 5-hour job due to poor drainage in back. To get around this, the worker gathered excess water in buckets and carried them to driveway in front where they were emptied. Brilliant!

We’ve been using ProCare for a few years now and they’ve consistently done a fantastic job! They’re professional, efficient, and great communicators. This year, they pressure washed our long driveway, multiple decks, and cleaned our windows inside and out. We had a heavy buildup of pollen and debris, and they cleared it all away. Everything looks spotless and refreshed and our windows are now crystal clear!

They’re also super easy to work with, quick to respond and thorough in planning the service ahead of time. We really appreciate their attention to detail and look forward to working with them again next year!

They did a thorough cleaning my two story house. In particular - did an excellent job on four very large living room windows plus some very old single pane windows in the basement that hadn't been cleaned for way too long. Excellent price. Excellent service. Will definitely have them service my windows more frequently!

Worked with them for years. Gutter cleaning, moss treatment, window cleaning. Superb work and they always make sure to clean my yard of any debris after the job is done. They come when they say they'll be here. No surprises with estimates changing.

We used Pro Care for roughly a year and are very happy being on the regular “worry-free maintenance program.“ It’s super easy to set up and they do a fantastic job every time. They come rain or shine and leave the roof and grounds very clean, and free of damage. I really like that they notify me when it’s time for my next cleaning, so I don’t have to keep track of it! Plus, I have a difficult schedule and like to be home when they do the work and they are very patient dealing with me and my schedule. Pro Care has cleaned off our condo roof and gutters for the past 2 years and we appreciate their service and attention to detail. Our roof was covered with cedar and Doug fir needles and they did a thorough job cleaning it off and also removing the debris from our yard. From scheduling to actual service, prompt, friendly service. Very responsive. Our technician did an excellent job, even cleaned up leaves all the way down the deck and the yard next to it. All the moss was cleaned up and my roof and gutters look perfect now. At the end of the service nothing looked out of place! Price is reasonable too.

My home has two large, amazing trees which create lots of leaves dropping to the roof in the fall. They can tend to also clog gutters and downspouts. Needed to find a new service and hadn't yet had annual cleaning done when a torrential rain a couple of weeks ago, sheeting off the roof in one area and bypassing the downspouts, created a sense of urgency. Found Pro Care online, with lots of great reviews and gave them a call. They returned the call promptly and were able to do the cleaning the very next day. Pricing was very reasonable.

Andrew arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning the roof, clearing the gutters and downspouts and reattaching a couple of downspouts which were partly disconnected. He took photos before and after and let me know my four year old roof is in great shape, like new. Very glad to have found Pro Care and Andrew, to have this peace of mind, and to have a great resource for annual cleaning going forward. Thank you!

They did a great job installing christmas lights around my house. They were fairly communicative, though had to go back and forth a few times to get things right. But in the end they did a good job, showed up on time, and it looks great. Also appreciate their full-service options for renting or buying the lights and take-down and storage. Would recommend

I was very impressed with Pro Care! They quoted for window cleaning very reasonably (half the cost of another vendor).
