Jenny was AMAZING! The actual services to book was relatively easy and transparent as well. The price was a bit steeper than I imagined but honestly worth all the work Jenny put in (again, she left things so sparkly!) thanks to cleaners kingdom and their team

I had Jenny clean 13 area rugs, these are some of them. I did not realize how dirty the rugs were until now. The area rugs are so much brighter and full and look like they are brand new. She got every stain and spot out too.

Laura absolutely exceeded our expectations. She showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Our home looks amazing. We would love to have her back!

Called Cleaners Kingdom to see if they could help with urgent bathroom deep cleansing. They fit us in the next day. We listed our home and wanted it all spotless. Pam was cleaner and very kind, friendly and did an awesome job. I had spent over $100 on products to clean shower glass and nothing worked I made it worse. Pam got it spotless. We are so pleased with the job that was done. Cleaned 2.5 bathrooms. We have hired them for our move out clean. I would highly recommend them. I usually do not give recommendations but took so much stress off. Very happy customer. I included before and after of just the shower which was the worst for me.

Disappointed with the service that was provided and the repeated rescheduling through Cleaners Kingdom of South Hill.
I originally called trying to get quotes on pricing for a deep clean, and they convinced me by offering a discounted price to go with them. I was hoping for a deep clean prior to hosting a party, so I planned it for the day before so everything would be clean and fresh for the party. Our house is generally pretty clean, but I wanted the baseboards cleaned, and a good scrub of the bathrooms and deeper things that we don't always get to.
On the day the clean was supposed to take place, no one showed up. 30 minutes after the clean was supposed to begin, I called them and they said there was an emergency and they wouldn't be able to make it. I was ready to just cancel at this point and clean myself, but they instead they rescheduled a different cleaner for the next day.
The next day, Jen arrived on time to clean, but had to be done before our party started at 5. She started off strong deep cleaning my sons room and was very friendly. She did a wonderful job on his room and 1 of the bathrooms. After the first 2 rooms, her vacuum broke. She left and bought a new vacuum, but only finished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and did a quick clean over the rest of the house to make it presentable for the party and it then had to leave. At the time, we were really understanding that things happen, and made a plan with her to finish the job. She said she would come back on Friday to finish, and make up for the fact that the cleaning was not complete. Friday, she no showed so we called Cleaners Kingdom. The person who answered said she would reach out to the cleaner again, and after that call, Jen texted us back to reschedule for Saturday, then she canceled. Then rescheduled for Sunday, and she just completely quit responding. Finally we reached out to the company again for a different cleaner.
At this point, cleaners kingdom was prompt at making sure we had a new cleaner come out and redo the job. I appreciate how quickly they made this happen after Jen repeatedly canceled/no showed , but at this point we had already been delayed so many times and the party already happened.
Finally, a team of 2 cleaners came and redid the job. However, it was much more of a rushed surface level clean, and not the deep clean we were expecting. The mirrors had fingerprints still, counters weren't fully wiped down, and cleaning spray ruined one of our decorative pillows. They were done in just a few hours, and at that point we were just done and ready to move on.
The whole experience was just a really frustrating process and I will not use cleaners kingdom again.

Dave and the Cleaners Kingdom team are incredible to work with. They provided my family and I with a great experience from start to finish. Krystal made sure that our home was spotless and took care of all cleaning requests. 10/10. Would highly recommend Cleaners Kingdom to anyone I know!

Angela was professional, efficient and friendly. I could stay at home and feel perfectly comfortable working around her. I have never had a house cleaner previously and would certainly recommend this group. The arranging it over the phone was equally as efficient and they were more than willing to answer "newbie" questions
