Given the good reviews, I reached out and quoted a move-out cleaning for a 2b2b apartment. The estimated cleaning time is between 10 hours and 14 hours. With $90 per hour charge, the estimated cost is between $900 and $1260. I can’t imagine how cleaning an empty 2b2b apartment can take 10 hours. LMAO!
