I've had maids from time to time over my life, Purple Maids is the best, and I'll tell you why.

Background: We can't keep up the house like we should, but persist in staying in our home. We wanted to host a little afternoon get-together. Purple Maids did a great job for us twice now, and I'm sticking with them.

Most house cleaners are good, and fast, and trustworthy, even cheerful. The thing is, this company doesn't try to upsell you, they don't force their program on you. They understand we can't afford to do everything that we'd like done, everything that needs doing, and no where near as often as needed. They are able to meet our needs, to do what we ask for. This sets Purple Maids apart.

On top of all that: I've found their people haven't make me feel judged, and never created extra garbage. They don't complain about my cleaning equipment, in fact, they had some awesome equipment and amazing cleaning solution. Finally: Nothing fussy & No drama.

I want to have Sandra M. And Orlin come back again. They are the best of the best.

I hired Purple Maids for a deep clean in preparation for hosting out of town guests, and I am incredibly happy with the results. The gal who came was lovely. She paid attention to every detail, including cleaning the blinds and restoring the oven to its former glory. The hardwood floors now shine brilliantly, and the overall result significantly reduced my stress levels. I plan to move forward with the monthly service. Highly recommend!

Zoila did amazing on my Move Out cleaning. Everything looked cleaner than when I first moved in ! I did the add on fridge and oven cleaning as well. Mark was excellent at getting everything scheduled and answering my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this team!

Purple Maids were fast, detail-oriented, and thorough! I have tried other places before and none compare to their quality and speed. The cleaning person cleaned every nook and cranny, they truly left no spot untouched. They even went above and beyond to neatly arrange my kids clay and rock collection after tidying his art area up. They are a dream!

We have been using Purple Maids for about 6 months and have always been satisfied with their work. We ask and usually get MaryAnna who is wonderful and is very thorough. One instance I was expecting a clean in the morning but there was a mixup in scheduling and I was having company in the afternoon. Purple maids got on it and sent 2 people over to get the job done before my company arrived with time to spare! I highly recommend PM for a very reasonable price.

Purple Maids has been cleaning my home since at least 2017 (7 years at the time of this writing). Absolutely zero complaints. I have been happy with every single cleaning they have done - they always do a wonderful job.

Cleaning technicians are super friendly and always do a very good job. Very attentive and always make an effort to accommodate special requests when I have them. I have been a customer for about 2 years or so, and I have noticed that the cleaning technicians seem to stay with this company long term, which is a good sign, in my opinion. Always consistent in terms of quality of service. Cleaning technicians are also super friendly and patient with my somewhat hyper puppy, which I appreciate as well.

On the occasion I have given feedback to the owner Annastasia (about scheduling, not quality of cleaning), she was very receptive and patient (admittedly I was grumpy and having a bad day).

I think it's important to support women-owned businesses, as well as local businesses, and Purple Maids is both.

super professional! I had a great experience chatting with Nichole and Mark, they were both really clear and easy to talk to, and communication was spot on. The cleaning crew was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. Keep up the awesome work!

Give them credit for their tenacity. :) I hired Purple Maids to do a move out clean of my rental property in Seattle. They sent two people over and I was unhappy with the results. Counters left uncleaned, surfaces of the refrigerator and dishwasher still dirty, floors and windows with solids left behind and so on.

The next day they sent their specialist to correct things and they did a great job with the second swipe.

I had to ask three times to get an invoice, but they got me my invoice and tracked down why I had not got it before that. And they kept at me until I wrote this review. :)

Credit where credit is due, Purple Maids stick to the track like bloodhounds after an escaped convict. They might not get it right the first time, but they get it right and don't stop until they do. Tip of the hat to 'em for that. :)

Sandra and Orlin were amazing!!!! My place was a lived-in, grungy basement apartment that hadn't been deep cleaned in 16 years. These ladies did a PHENOMENAL job. I've already recommended Purple Maids to a friend who will be moving soon. Thank you, ladies!!!
