I'm really particular and Purple Maids have done a great job cleaning my home thoroughly and listening to the things that I bring to their attention. They're also very kind and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

The Purple Maid cleaned my home very well. She was very thorough, and friendly and worked very hard. The steam cleaner she brought for doors, cabinets, small carpet area, and walls was amazing! She was amazing. If all the maids are this caliber, I will be delighted.😀

We wanted a deep clean for our house because lot's of cat hair and dust balls. The team cleaned every room and got rid of it all. An added bonus for cleaning top of refrigerator and oven. Very impressive work.

We have been incredibly happy with our recurring cleaning from Purple Maids. We started with a deep clean and then get recurring cleans every 2 weeks.

We thought our house was relatively clean, but after the first deep cleaning, we were slightly appalled at how much dust and dirt they got. We immediately knew that the service was clearly worth it for us.

Since we started, we had a newborn and have even less time to keep the house clean ourselves. The biweekly cleaning has been so useful to keep our house looking great all the time. We have a reminder set to tidy up the night before the cleaning to make sure it can be done efficiently (just removing clutter from countertops), and our cleaner is always on time and efficient.

Neither myself nor my partner ever really liked cleaning tasks, so offloading this to someone else and giving us more time to relax with our new baby has been 100% worth it. We were originally unsure whether we'd stick with the recurring cleanings, but seeing how nice our house looks all the time and how much free time we have back to ourselves, we are absolutely going to stick with it.

Overall, we're very happy with the service and the value we get from it. Our cleaner Marianna is amazing and our house hasn't looked this great since the day we moved in. If you're on the fence about hiring a cleaning service, give them a try and see how much time and energy you feel like you've reclaimed!

We’ve used Purple Maids for several months and appreciate their flexibility, attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.
They have been great with our need to adjust schedules. Additionally the one time we found a few discrepancies they immediately sent someone back out to fix them.

First time using Purple Maids, got a deep clean and she did a phenomenal job. The place has never looked better. Very friendly as well, I have a small dog who barks and she befriended my dog. Great experience!!

Purple Maids were fantastic. I scheduled them to clean after a contractor was finished. As the project went longer, I had to reschedule multiple times. The company was very accommodating. When the home was cleaned, Julissa was incredibly thorough and the entire home was spotless. Really a fantastic job and pleasure to work with.

The purple maids were so easy to contact and schedule with! I booked a move out cleaning with them. Every area (but especially wall cobwebs, bathrooms, the fridge, and the oven) were super clean - beyond my expectations. Cleaner than when I moved in and cleaned it myself! Our dog was sick and got stains everywhere that we couldn’t get out but the maids came in and made our apartment look brand new! Very kind and professional. Ive used them twice now and the communication and service has been very consistent.

I found purple maids out of desperation to get my home cleaned. It was embarrassing! My home had fallen apart with 2 kids and 2 cats. The kitchen floor was disgusting, the main room was the most frustrating. I had warned Joyful (the one who answered my inquiry) that it may take a very long time. When the crew arrived I had my husband handle them as I was engulfed at work. I kept hearing the ladies working hard and laughing and enjoying themselves. About 90 min in I received a call from Anita, informing me that the ladies would be unable to complete the work. They were more then 50% complete but due to the amount of work it would not look as clean as can be. She stated that at the recurring appointments (I had already booked them) they would be able to focus on one room at a time to get the house back to its glory. At that moment I felt seen, understood and honestly relieved. A solution to my disaster of a home. When the girls left, I am sorry but they left it better than I could imagine! I have not seen the floor to the main room in months! I hadn’t been able to see the kitchen floor clean in so long! It may not be perfect to their standards, but it definitely has given me huge relief that I’m not embarrassed of my home anymore. I can’t wait to continue using their services!!

Was advertized as a deep cleaning/ move out cleaning and after being involved in several move out/ unit turns, I was expecting higher quality work for what we received. When I addressed this with the representative I was gaslit, telling me that I was confused about the meaning of move out cleaning. I was expecting more from Purple Maids, considering the fact they had a 4.9 overall review. Would not use again, nor would I recommend.
