Our janitorial team is fabulous.

Since changing to the new service provider things have been very good. Prior to that....very poor. New service is 4 star, previous was 1 star, thus right now a 3 star, but as the current provider continues with the current level of service, I can see the rating improving.

Stratus replaced our old cleaning crew. They are more efficient and more professional all for a better value. Highly recommend them, they are very responsive and quick!

**Edited to add: They said they wanted me to contact them to clear up the problem - I did - but they didn't respond.

They entered our preschool by mistake on a weekend (they had our door code from previous cleanings) Moved all the furniture out (about 42 shelves) They didn't put the items back where they belonged and refused to take responsibility (They were supposed to be cleaning the floors of the school next to us). I asked for them to reimburse me for the employees who had to come in on a weekend to put things back. We argued back and forth about the amount of time it took. I gave up. I don't trust this company.

After 3/years with a prior janitorial company, we decided to request quotes to see what the marketplace offered; however, price was not a factor in our decision process but their presentation on their cleaning services and communication was impeccable with prompt replies this was the vendor of choice and have contracted with Stratus Building Solutions and have not regretted our decision since. You will not be disappointed and I know what CLEAN and SANITIZED means to me. DO NOT HESITATE TO GIVE THEM A CALL it will be the best decision!

Although we had an issue with their original service provider, Stratus set us up with a new service provider and we couldn't be happier. They are very responsive and professional. Really care that you are getting quality service. Would definitely recommend.

Monica was very clear about Stratus' services & recommendations when it came to stripping & waxing our dental operatory floors & cleaning office carpets. Monica was always available as point of contact for any concerns or questions. From initial phone call to doing the work, no long wait times to schedule. The crew was on time, did a great job, mindful to be careful around our dental equipment. Highly recommend Stratus for any office (or home) cleaning needs.
