They did an amazing deep cleaning — everything was spotless, with great attention to detail and friendly service. Definitely the best cleaning service in Bellevue! For a deep clean I was not satisfied. The 2 worked hard, and I tipped them for that effort- but when I have to go back and re dust areas they skimmed over- that’s not a deep clean. Asked them to be careful with the floor lamp- but they knocked it and the bulb went out. Also while dusting some ceiling lights-knocked one of those out also. Had to remind to vacuum couch buttons where there were crumbs. Overall- could be better.
Jenny clean sent out Dianna and she redid our cleaning and did a wonderful job. Thank you so much! I have changed to 5 stars.

Diana does an amazing job on our biweekly cleaning! She is careful and always on time. If we are home we try to not be in the way, but she is very considerate of us if we are having meetings in the office. The team did a great job cleaning my upholstery. They got the tough stains out of my dining chairs and were honestly impressive at getting my dog’s vomit out of my fabric couch!

Always very prompt and they do a great efficient job. They also do great with my dogs who used to always get worked up with our old cleaners.
