Stephen did a great job of cleaning our grill. He was conscientious of keeping the area clean around the grill and as he moved from the deck to the garage to avoid any grease getting on other surfaces. He was on time and his communication through email was timely and clear. Looks like we got many more years of life on our grill.

100% recommend. My smoker didn’t get cleaned for over a year as I had had a baby. It was a very very very dirty job as the last cook had been a brisket. I had contacted another company that no showed me twice and then ghosted me. Bigfoot cleaning were able to accommodate me last minute. A.G. did an amazing job! It didn’t even look like the same smoker. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one!

UPDATE: the team was happy to follow up on the steam cleaning because it was having some flare ups with the flames. They discovered a blockage in one of the burners, cleared it, and got the gas to distribute evenly! They didn't even charge for the inspection, terrific service!!

An overall great experience, from the friendly initial phone call, to AG being just a blast to have around. Weber grill hadn't been touched in over 3 years and was disgusting (mold, too). Vintage kitchen stove with two ovens which were carefully cleaned. AG took the necessary time. Will be happily calling Big Foot back every year!

Stephen runs a great business with Bigfoot grill cleaning. My 10 year old Weber Genesis II gas grill is sparking with all the igniters and lights working and all surfaces like new! Great work and I’ll definitely be back again for Stephen’s top notch service.
