Bigfoot Cleaning did a fantastic job of restoring my Weber grill. It looks about as good as it can for a grill that’s nearly 20 years old! I’m extremely pleased. Communication was excellent and Tom and AJ were punctual and friendly. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!

Our rooftop grills were absolutely disgusting as they hadn’t been cleaned since residents started moving into building 2-3 years ago. A small grease fire prompted us to have them professionally cleaned and a quick online search lead us to Bigfoot. They were very responsive and got us on the schedule right away. Aregawe did an incredibly thorough job today. Couldn’t be happier with the result as both grills look like new. We will definitely use Bigfoot again!

They cleaned a large RecTec smoker (BFG2500) and a DCS built in grill. Both were done very well and met my expectation given the heavy use of both and this is the 3rd year I have hired them. Outstanding job and consistent quality. Would highly recommend this service.

They arrived on time, the technician was super friendly, helpful, considerate, and informative. The owner, who booked the cleaning when we inquired was also very thorough and responsive. I know the cost has a sticker shock, but they really put a lot of work and effort to making my grill look like new - totally worth it!

Bigfoot did a magnificent job cleaning my 8 year old Weber grill. I clean my grill after every use but it’s fairly basic. I’ve never really pulled it apart and got in there. When I opened it this year for the first time, it looked gross. Too much moisture and too much mold, dirt and grime. Bigfoot took it apart and I’m telling you, it looks new! The service costs a bit but it’s way cheaper than buying a new grill. Plus the work area is cleaned up so there’s no dirt left behind. Now my grill is so clean I don’t want to use it 😂. Just kidding. It’s nice tho.

Aragawe did a fantastic job cleaning our grill yesterday! I couldn’t believe how much time and care he put into it. Communication and scheduling with Bigfoot is easy and professional, friendly and positive. Highly recommend them. Yes, grill cleaning isn’t cheap but once you see the time they put into it, you see the value. Also feels much more environmentally friendly to pay to clean your grill than buy a new one.

Great experience. The owner, the person assisting with day-of coordinating, and the wonderful man who did the cleaning were all kind, professional, and just plain good people. The result is spectacular, and we not only had multiple years of cooking crud built up but rats had also overwintered in our grill.

I highly recommend them! The exterior of the grill looks brand new and the inside looks great! Everyone I interacted with was professional. They were flexible with my appointment, were on time, completed the work in the amount of time estimated, and left the area completely clean as well. Will use Bigfoot grill cleaning again for sure!!! Stephen is so pleasant and prompt! I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me the state of my grill (things that need to be replaced due to rust) before he cleaned so I could make an informed decision. This is my second time with Stephen and I will keep asking him back!

During the first visit, the person cleaning our oven and grill got pulled away due to family reasons while in the middle of cleaning the oven. They came back the next day and finished the grill. I mistakenly didn't look at everything until they had left. The grill looked great. Unfortunately, they had apparently forgotten that they hadn't finished the oven. When I let them know, they sincerely apologized and worked around my schedule to get back and make it right ASAP. Stuff happens, and I get it, but I really appreciate them taking care of things. All things considered, I'd definitely recommend them if you need your grill cleaned; they were experts, and it looks great!

Stephen from Bigfoot Cleaning came to our home at the agreed upon time and did an unbelievable job of cleaning our grill. The job included sterilizing the grill from the constant use of the last few seasons and mold that had set in. Excellent service. JJ

We are so grateful to Bigfoot Cleaning for the amazing job they did on our grill! After almost two years under the cover, our grill had gotten so disgusting we considered throwing it away. But they did a great job cleaning it out and making sure it worked right and they were very communicative and prompt throughout the whole process. Highly recommend :)

Thanks to Stephen, our 10 year old DCS is now spotless and firing up great.
