I had a great experience with JenyClean. Diana promptly arrived at our home in Bellevue. She was very professional, hardworking, and incredibly thorough. She had with her all the tools and materials she needed to work. The kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned with care—including inside the fridge, stove vents, and even the AC vents. All floors were vacuumed and mopped, and every surface was wiped down and the areas that were messy tidied up.

Even in an older home, their attention to detail made a real difference. Everything feels fresh, tidy, and well maintained. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaning service!

Super friendly and super thorough cleaning of my Weber gas grill! It's been through a few PNW winters where I didn't have a cover. I used to kinda clean it and after seeing the cleaning job that Bigfoot did, I clearly did nothing even close to cleaning it on my own. The grill shines now and looks great.

They did a deep clean and repair of an outdoor grill and A.G. did a phenomenal job!! Everything was perfect. Timely, cleaned up afterwards, disposed of old parts, and was friendly and extremely professional to boot! Also wore a mask - bonus points! Bigfoot did an amazing job deep cleaning our Weber stand alone grill - Stephen was very friendly, communicative and explained all that he did with the grill. I would highly recommend this service to other looking to enhance the performance of their aging grill and keeping the grill sanitary as well!

Stephen came over to clean our grill. did a fantastic job, cleaned every part of it, inspected the various components, and gave a very thorough summary. We'll absolutely use them again next time we need our grill cleaned.

Stephen of Bigfoot Cleaning was thoughtful and informative before, during and after the cleaning of my grill (Kamado), griddle (Blackstone), and smoker (Traeger / Pellet Grill/Smoker)

Despite having an issue with their booking system, Stephen went above and beyond to ensure service timing and expectations were set and met.

I'm extremely pleased w/ the professionalism and quality of service provided. I will definitely be enlisting Stephen and Bigfoot Cleaning for my grill/smoker/griddle servicing needs in the future.

What a FANTASTIC service.

AG did incredible cleaning of my 3-year-old Weber ep-330 stainless steel grill. Looks almost like new and functions fantastic. I'm going to put Bigfoot on annual maintenance for my barbecue grills. Hope they add services as they are great. Highly recommended.

Aregawe did a great job cleaning the grill, and also took the time to answer my questions on best practices for grill maintenance in the PNW environment. I feel so much better having a professional do the cleaning, and I can't believe he did it without making a mess (which is definitely what happens when I do it myself.) Highly recommend.

Had Stephen come out to clean my 10-year old BBQ grill for the summer. Here are my impressions:

Pros: Fantastic job; grill looks brand new. He showed up on time and spent 2-3 hours cleaning the grill. He got 10 years of grime and neglect off that thing!

Cons: Scheduling with Stephen was a challenge. He had to cancel 3 times same-day (gave me legitimate excuses, but still..) But what I really didn't like was the 4th time I scheduled with him, he didn't show. No contact, unreachable by phone, just nothing. After a few months I scheduled again, hoping I'd get someone else, but I got him instead - although this time he showed up as planned and I had no issues. He was also able to give me 15% off due to the hassle we had before which was a nice gesture (I had to remind him about it), but nonetheless, a no-show without any contact is very unprofessional, and I never did receive an apology for that.
Lastly, he is expensive. It's definitely worth doing once to get some more life out of your grill, but honestly, if you use him to clean your grill 2 or 3 times, it's the same price to just buy a new grill. Definitely makes more sense to use him if your grill is built-in and not easily replaceable.

Summary:
Scheduling with him was a nightmare, but eventually he got it done and did a great job. He ain't cheap, but he does good work. I think 4 stars is a fair review, all things considered.

We used NW Grill Cleaning to remove mold from our grill that had been outside all winter. Stephen came on time, was professional, and did a thorough cleaning job. We were planning on buying a new grill because we didn’t think ours was salvageable but we spent $340 for Stephen to clean it and our grill feels like it’s brand new. I’d highly recommend their services.

NW grill cleaning are very service oriented. I had never heard of them, found them online. Very prompt response and equally amazing service. Stephen came over, spent three hours cleaning our outside inbuilt grill. It was quite dirtY. He came back to clean up since it needed more work. I would highly recommend them. There focus is to make sure customers are happy.

Stephen was absolutely amazing! We purchased a home that came with a nice Weber grill that had been neglected. Stephen was able to restore the grill to like new! Kindness goes a long way and I am so appreciative of Stephen and his excellent quality of work.

AG came and cleaned our nasty, moldy, grease-clogged grill and now it looks brand new. I will be hiring Bigfoot every year to help us get ready for grilling season.

These guys were amazing!! They took my very dirty and mildewy Weber and made it look brand new. They use steam cleaning and a lot of patience and brought my grill back to life.
