I’m a new client of rain city maids and I have had a great experience. They are easy to work with, kind and professional. My apartment looks really nice and I felt no stress. I also have a dog who is reactive and triggered by the sound of a vacuum and they’re so kind and accommodating of my little guy! I recommend!! Thanks!

It was my first time getting cleaners. They were friendly and understanding. They walked through with me and told me what they cleaned. They went above and beyond and tackled many hard to clean places.

I appreciate how efficient they were and how they let me know when a room was done. I was able to focus on my work, they did their best to be not disruptive.

I also like how they went the extra mile and helped me empty my recycles.

Will definitely look into getting deep cleaning and more cleaning from them!

Don't believe anyone who tells you their maid service has gone flawlessly--it is just not possible for any service to parachute into your world without some adjustment and correction. That said, we have been with Rain City not just because of the current excellent results, but because they were/are responsive to developments along the way that were necessary to calibrate to our home and our expectations. They care, they are responsive, and they provide a conscientious crew. I wish there were less turnover but that too is understandable in the business. In particular, we have been really happy with Elizabeth--she is meticulous, careful, and understands what cleaning really entails. We're happy, we understand the shifting terrain of running a service such as this, but are comfortable that the underlying infrastructure has the right focus.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and beyond my expectations.

The team arrived on time, fully equipped, What stood out the most was their meticulous approach. They didn’t just clean the obvious areas; they went above and beyond, cleaning corners, baseboards, and even the tops of shelves. My home has never looked or felt so spotless.

Despite the thorough job they did, they worked quickly and efficiently. I was amazed at how much they accomplished in such a short time without sacrificing quality.

We have been using Rain City Maids for about half a year now and have been so delighted in the experience. Our home is relatively clean and it's so nice to have support to help keep it that way. Every person who has come into our home has been wonderful and thoughtful. Kyla is a regular and she's always so kind. Everyone always loves our dog Tofu (big fluffy golden retriever, so the help with the fur issue is a must). I'm just thankful that there's a service to help us and that it seems like a company that treats their employees well with consistency.

We have been using Rain City Maids for a while now and love their work. They are great at communicating and cleaning things that no matter how hard ai tried, never look as good. The other day, Megan came and after the cleaning, let me know that the shower door was not properly on the track. I don’t know if it happened while we had guests or how long it had been like that but it was an easy fix. She was amazing.

We just had a deep clean as first time customers. The team was very friendly, Laurie and Gwen were training an apprentice, Em Jay, so we were able to hear how they were describing what to do on a deep clean and what details to pay attention to. The service was reasonable and they were in and out relatively quickly.

This was our first time using this cleaning service, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. There were several areas where the service felt lacking.
First, there was a lack of attention to detail. The cleaning was quite rigid; the crew did not move items like toys on the floor, clothes on the stairs, or cups on the tables to clean the surfaces underneath, but simply cleaned around them. The beds were also left looking quite untidy.
Second, the cleaning quality was not up to standard. I paid extra for interior window cleaning, yet cobwebs were still visible on the windowsills and frames. The range hood was only partially cleaned, leaving noticeable grease behind. We were also informed that kitchen cabinet surfaces are not included, and the crew refused to clean the kitchen sink entirely just because there were dishes inside.
Most concerningly, there was a serious hygiene issue. The crew used the kitchen sink to rinse their dirty mop, even though there were dishes and food being defrosted in the sink at the time. This lack of basic hygiene awareness regarding cross-contamination is quite troubling. Overall, we expected a more professional approach for the price, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

I've used Rain City Maids for about five years now and am very satisfied with the results. They clean everything they're supposed to and in five years they've missed one toilet one time (which they offered to have someone fix) and I have no complaints on the quality. They also handle custom instructions, such as skipping the bathtub off the study which never gets used, and use the extra time on cleaning other items.

They have had to cancel a couple times over the years for employee illness, but always reschedule for the next day. Better than sending sick employees to clean!

Overall I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a cleaning service. One of my favourite ways to spend money (I really hate cleaning, but I like a clean place).

We have used Rain City Maids for years. They provide reliable bi-weekly cleaning for my home. They are always great about communicating any changes and are easy to reach if I have any changes on my end. Although you get different cleaners they do a good job of keeping the standard the same :)

Rain City Maids did a beautiful job in deep cleaning my 3 bedroom condo in Bellevue! They arrived on time and did the most thorough cleaning job on all rooms. I recently moved into this condo, and it had not been cleaned by the previous owner, so it needed a lot of work. My kitchen cabinets had gotten greasy with fingerprints, and they now look like new! Even though I didn't request carpet cleaning, the carpets stains were all gone. My painted white baseboards always looked grimy, but now they look good for the first time since I moved here. The newly cleaned interior windows also made the place light and bright. I really appreciate the good work and will definitely hire Rain City Maids to come back on a regular basis.

I hired Rain City Maids for a move-in cleaning, and I was genuinely blown away by the experience. The entire team was incredibly eager to please and showed extreme attention to detail throughout the entire home. Every surface was carefully cleaned, and they went above and beyond what I expected from a standard move-in service.

Shout out to Cas (I hope I’m spelling that correctly), who did an exceptional job tackling the stove. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned that thoroughly in ages, and by the time she was done, it looked almost brand new. That level of dedication really stood out.

The team from Rain City Maids made my home feel completely move-in ready, which took so much stress off my plate during an already busy time. Because of how well they did, I’m genuinely excited to continue with my future weekly cleanings and feel confident that any of their employees will do an amazing job.
