I had a great experience with Bellevue Clean. They came to clean my home for the first time. Eric has been great to deal with, he's very friendly and super responsive. The team that came to my house, Shannon and ShyAnne, did a fantastic job. They paid extra attention to areas that needed it, and I didn't even have to ask for it. They cleaned my windows, the inside of the microwave, and also gave the stainless steel fridge some love (and elbow grease). I would definitely recommend them!

Bellevue Clean has been incredible! The recurring cleans have kept my place looking spick & span when I get home, allowing me to utilize my time better. The service is well worth the cost. They are quick to address any concerns and thorough in their cleaning. If you are looking for a new cleaner, look no further, Eric & his team are A+.

The service was amazing the communication is awesome, Angelica S was my assigned cleaner, she did an amazing job, on time, fast and spotless. After that Eric followed up with me to make sure I was fully satisfied with the service and helped me set up my next service. I had tried other cleaning services, independent people and companies this one is by far the best, user friendly and fast. Strongly recommend to at least try it!

Did a ton of research on cleaners for a move and almost faced decision paralysis from researching a little too much! However, Bellevue Clean was always at the back of my mind as my top pick and I’m so glad I booked with them! They’re extremely communicative, the cleaners were very friendly + professional + efficient, and I appreciate how much care the team and owners show in providing top notch service. We’ve booked them again for another cleaning next month before hosting family for the holidays and I’ve 100% made my husband budget for us to get regular cleaning services because it’s definitely a time-saver and stress-reliever!

Bellevue Clean did an incredible job. They were very efficient as well as had an extremely reasonable price. Their communication was consistent and their response time was always within a reasonable amount of time.

Adan is very responsive and always put customer first. He helped us to re-install the irrigation valve. To do that, he needed to dig a big hole around a big tree to diagnose the problem and Adan and his team did a great job. He explained the issue to me in details and helped us to understand different solutions to fix the problem and he fixed the problem on the same day. He is professional, efficient and nice to work with. I would definitely hire him in the future for other jobs too.

I hired Adan to install a concrete block retaining wall and a path of pavers along the back and side of my house. His crew worked diligently every day and completed the job on time and within the initial estimate.The workmanship was top notch and I highly recommend Adan for any landscaping projects.

C&C were fantastic to work with and we're very happy with the results. They added on to my existing sprinkler system and didn't just dig trenches and lay pipe. They used a sod cutter so when they were done my yard looked almost the same as when they started. They also planted my new plants, new grass seed, and put in 9 yards of new mulch. Aden made sure my settings for all the sprinkler zones were appropriate so my plants and grass would flourish which was very helpful and professional.

We hired Adan and C & C Irrigation to install a sprinkler system for our lawn and garden. His firm did an excellent job, timely and sensitive to preserving the lawn and plantings. He followed up promptly after installation because of an apparent leak, and again after that to make sure things were in order.

I was so fortunate to have found C&C Irrigation & Lawn to install our beautiful front yard landscaping. They were able to easily take our landscape plan and turn it into reality in record time. Old debris was removed, the yard was re-graded, irrigation and lawn were installed and they took great care installing the plant material. Adan and his crew were focused on delivering exactly what we wanted with a lot of attention to detail. They were all friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!
