Our downstairs carpet, 2 couches, and several rugs were cleaned by Greenworks this past Wednesday. Everything was fresh and clean when I returned from work and took about a day to fully dry. I was very pleased with the quality of service!

Great work. Mark and Huy were the technicians that serviced our house. They showed up on time, early actually. They were very friendly and communicated thoroughly and let me know exactly what they would be doing before they did it. They did carpets, some area rugs, a mattress, upholstered bed frame, and a sectional. There was a small area of the sectional that had paint on it that they couldn’t get out and told me about it. I hadn’t even known it was there to begin with and it was easily hidden so no one would ever see it anyway, but they were sure to let me know anyway. Halfway through the job they came and alerted me that there was a fire at the neighbors house. Together, the two techs and I called 911, alerted other neighbors to evacuate, and grabbed a hose to help put out the fire. Then, after the FD got there, they went back to work! Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend them and have them back again.

Update:
They accepted the miss and misunderstanding with the room count.
I am assuming this is one of case.
I am satisfied with the cleaning service and hence updating the rating to reflect the cleaning service.

TLDR;
Very unprofessional experience for carpet cleaning services- left a closest uncleaned, spiked up the rooms count (I only have 5 rooms in my house (including den) but was charged for 7 rooms) and charged for services I did not use.

Even after sharing room sizes during quote and showing all the areas for carpet cleaning as part of initial tour, I faced following issues-
- they left a closet uncleaned. I wanted a pet residue free cleaning- how is it pet residue free if a small area is left and it was not even brought up to me at the end during payment
- They treated even small closet as a room and counted it in the rooms count
- They mentioned during quote that if there are no stains, there wont be any charge and still they charged me for stains even though there were none.

Friendly customer service. The work was completed in an efficient amount of time. I appreciated the technicians wearing shoe covers in my home. Thank you. Will use their service again.

We had Greenworks come and clean our carpets upstairs and downstairs along with the tile & grout in our kitchen and one of our bathrooms.

We probably hadn't gotten our carpets cleaned properly for a few years, so they were long overdue...plus the tile had never been professionally cleaned. We had no idea the grout lines were as white as they got after they were done!

Professional and friendly techs, and we would definitely hire them again! A+

I have used Greenwork’s Carpet Cleaning 4 or 5 times in the past and have always been very happy with the results. I was unhappy with the service provided a few days ago, After contacting them, my complaint was handled quickly and effectively. They have offered to come back and redo the cleaning at no cost or refund my money. I am very happy with the way I was treated. I will definitely give them another opportunity to clean my carpeting in the near future. They are obviously a company that cares a lot about customer satisfaction.

The two young men were efficient, professional, friendly and went above and beyond. They went over a stain twice to make sure it was gone plus they turned my rug around. Super nice guys.

This was a 3 bedroom with carpet cleaning. No stains, just a simple refresh.
