I called Crystal Carpet to have my white nylon wall-to-wall carpet professionally cleaned after winding up some construction in the house. Between the construction and our pet, there was some dirt and staining. Our tech Adam arrived on time, measured, and surveyed the carpet areas. He then walked me through what would happen, showed me some potential problem areas (tricky staining), and gave me the cost based on his measurements. I okayed it, and the job started. Two hours later, the carpets were nice, fresh and clean. A couple of tricky stains (bleach, paint and oil) couldn't be fixed, but that was expected. The carpets dried over a few hours, as we were told they would.

Afterward, the carpet looked fantastic and the house seemed like it had gotten a major facelift. Would happily recommend Crystal Carpet and Adam.

Adam recently did our carpet cleaning, and was beyond amazing. My kids got play doh stains in the carpet, as well as spilled paint. I reached out to other companies with the attached photos, and they flat out told me the stains wouldn’t come out. Adam worked hard to get them out completely!
