Thanks to Tony V, the makeup stains (black and brown eyeshadow and pink blush) my daughter had gotten on our new carpet is all gone! He was courteous, communicative, and caring. They also scheduled quickly and went over my concerns in detail before scheduling.

We only use Crystal Carpet Cleaning. They are the best. Yesterday we had a tough stain to get out and today it’s gone! Four rugs were cleaned even carpet tiles in our large bathroom.

Mike did a great job! He spent about 3x more time on our couches than the last company and the results were amazing!
He gave new life to our stinky, dog hair covered couch.

Adam was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the different stains and what kind of cleaning agents are needed to take care of each kind. He did a great job. I'm excited to have the family over for Thanksgiving now that our carpet is spotless!

Worked with Crystal carpet to clean the entire set of rugs and carpets across our home over 8 rooms and 3 area rugs. The communication process for getting an appointment was timely and accurate. Getting an appointment time and day that worked was easy.

The person who did the cleaning, Adam, was on time, professional and very good at explaining all the steps and expectations. I have no basis of understanding if the pricing was competitive or not..but for what the results are it's more than worth it to preserve all of our carpets and rugs given how much these things cost. We have a dog and 5 people living here...and the carpets look amazing. So, I am very happy and can recommend, Adam and Crystal carpet cleaning.

While they couldn’t guarantee full stain removal, they came highly recommended. The team was professional, courteous, and transparent throughout the process. They took the carpet off-site for specialized cleaning and returned it within the promised timeframe. The results were far better than anything I had tried before, and I’m very pleased. Crystal Carpet Cleaners made scheduling the work easy through their website. Technician Adam was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient at performing his work. Carpet came out great and we have pets! I highly recommend them.

The online system for booking service was excellent. I received a reply in good time. And the rest of the booking process for thorough and I got an appointment time that was soon. Adam came to my home and we did a complete walk through and I asked for advise on an additional rug clean and he was able to add that in. On our tour of the rooms and condition of the spoiled carpets, Adam gave me a carpet cleaning science lesson. Super helpful. He was clearly an expert and answered my questions with real knowledge. The time it took was much faster than I thought. He gave us pink booties (so we could find them easily!) to use during the 6-8hr drying period. I was amazed by how the carpets looked like new because there were so many urine stains from raising a puppy. All in all, an excellent job. Great communication, great results at a price well worth the work.

Joseph Daniels did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He was on time, professional, and very thorough. He took his time and made sure everything was cleaned properly, and the results were outstanding. My carpets look fresh and like new again. Joseph was also very courteous and easy to work with. Just had the initial deep clean service and am blown away with the job these women did! I am amazed and definitely going to sign up for weekly cleanings with them. I would definitely recommend them!.

Holly is very passionate about her service and it shows in all aspects, including her communication, promptness, thoroughness, and effectiveness. A real bonus is that with her dry cleaning method you can put the furniture back in place soon afterward. It's a very efficient process!

I've lived in Seattle for the last 8 years and have FINALLY found a carpet cleaner that doesn't make a huge soapy mess and that actually gets the carpets clean. These guys were great. I can't wait to have them clean my dads house in Issaquah. I just love the feeling of knowing my kids are playing on a clean carpet :)

My dog had an accident which left a horrible stain I wasn’t expecting to come out. I had my bedroom cleaned and the stain was completely gone and my carpet looked like new. So much dog hair came out that I didn’t even know was there! Amazing and definitely will be using again.

We live in Kirkland and Holly came and cleaned our house on an emerg. Our petsitter left our dogs out for 13 hours and needless to say the carpets are not clean anymore...well after Dry Connections came, the smell, stain was gone!!! The carpets look brand new and the dogs wandered back in and no sniffing the carpet...and 2 days later no new pees so the smell is GONE!!! Thank you HOLLY
