24/25 did a great job! We scheduled a deep clean of our townhouse (~1800sq ft) and the two ladies were done within four hours. They arrived on time, were kind, and very efficient. Definitely recommend!

Quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry for a move-out bathroom and kitchen clean, schedule and take deposit. I don’t want to hurt their business, but I wouldn’t recommend and will avoid in the future for the following reasons:
Cleaner didn’t speak any English, so was difficult to communicate with her. I had to go through her “manager” so that was frustrating. If that was the only issue and the cleaning was done well, I might hire again and would suggest at least giving customers a heads up. I just wanted to make sure she was comfortable, aware of what I needed and when I should expect to come back.
On the actual clean: she was 15 minutes late, didn’t clean the freezer, completely broke one of my fridge shelves and just left it broken in the fridge for me to find, didn’t clean under the sink or in the bathroom vanity.

Would be great if they can dust upper window seals (see picture) next time to remove cobwebs. Should sweep laundry room. Looks like they skipped that room (see picture). Otherwise did a good job.

I’m really impressed with the quality of their work. The cleaners were friendly, efficient, and paid attention to detail. My home looks and feels amazing. Will definitely use their services again

My home is always fresh and clean after they come to clean. I appreciate that they are good at their jobs. I wish i had taken a photo of my oven before, but it looks BRAND NEW after today's visit! Highly recommend working with them!

My cleaner was named Nadia, and she did an incredible job deep cleaning my kitchen and bathroom! She got things gleaming that I didn’t know would ever be white again! Highly recommend!

This is the first time we've ever utilized a cleaning service, and WOW.

The cleaning varies drastically with the cleaners you are getting. There is way too much handholding and back and forth you need to do to get the quality of cleaning you need.
They overcharge and underperform.
I do not recommend them at all.

Satisfied with the cleaning service. As a person with a mobility disability is really hard to keep everything clean, but with their service that makes more easy and affordable

The team here responded quickly to the initial request had. A quote and booked appointment within an hour. The follow up before and after the service has been very unique to Amy cleaning services in have used in the past. Overall quality of the work as fantastic, hitting those hard to reach places and even going the extra mile to address spots I never pointed out. I do appreciate them sending a team of 2 people to help, working as much as I do, having 2 dogs and having limited time I know the. Initial clean wasn't easy. Great service, great value and excellent communication throughout. 11/10 would recommend.

My family and I moved into a new house. The condition of the house was in terrible condition, and it was impossible to do the cleaning yourself. That's why we ordered cleaning from 24/25 cleaners. They coped well with difficult moments. We are very satisfied with their services. I definitely recommend this company

The cleaning person was on time and nice , but she left scratches on the floor, broke a light bulb in the bathroom, it took way longer than expected/quoted and a lot of the items on the list did not get done. Management is very pushy, does not want to resolve the issue but is trying to pay me $100 to take down my review on Yelp.

This is the best cleaning service I’ve ever worked with!
Every corner was spotless, the attention to detail was incredible, and the team was polite and punctual.
After they finished, my home literally sparkled, and the atmosphere felt so fresh and light.

Great experience! They did a very good job of the deep clean i requested and covered all my priorities.

The "deep clean" was good, but not excellent. Basic vacuuming in the living room was left undone. At least one cabinet front in the kitchen was not wiped down. And despite assuring us that eco-friendly cleaning supplies would be used, the cleaner was using bleach in the bathroom until we stopped her (we are on septic, so bleach is not good). We ended up having to do some spot cleaning ourselves to make things right.

We were hoping for better from a company with good ratings.
