AMAZING service and extremely convenient! Communication is great, super easy to schedule, payment is easy, and most importantly, cleaning service was impeccable. They bring their own supplies and make it super easy for you. They definitely go above and beyond from beginning to end.

I requested a proposal on a Saturday and the next day they were already in my apartment ready to go. They quickly pick up the phone, make scheduling easy and flexible, and are very respectful.

Elena was assigned to our apartment. She was super kind, thorough, attentive to details, and went above and beyond cleaning our apartment.

Excellent service by Anastasia. She was on time. Spent a good 2 hours and cleaned by bathroom squeaky clean! Even my 2 year old floor mat looked new and just bought! This was my first time using their service and I will 100% recommend them and especially Anastasia. She is polite , sweet, yet very professional!

Cleaner did a great job. House hadn't been professionally cleaned in a while and I'm very happy with the end result. Company easy to communicate with via messaging.

These are just a few of the poor qualities of services they provided. None of dirt/mold was cleaned from the windows, all trash and furniture was specifically requested to be removed from the apartment. There are more issues requested to their services that were not performed on their template they sent out. They then charged me $1200 for essentially grouping trash into corners and called it “10 hours” of work. I had a friend look at the place after we moved out of state prior to the services and after and a my friend sent me pictures, my first through was “did they actually spend 10 hours working” or did they spend an hour grouping trash into corners and calling it 10.

They then immediately billed me $1200 for the poor quality and said have fun dealing with all this trash!

Do not use this companies services unless if youre ready to waste your time in small claims court.

Im getting all my documents ready for small claims if they do not complete their agreed services or partially refund me.

The cleaners we had did absolutely amazing! We were moving out and the cleaning service for a move out was incredible! Our entire place ended up taking seven hours to clean, even though we were told that it was only going to take 4 to 5. The loss of a star is just because of the lack of communication From the dispatch team to the cleaners. I felt so incredibly bad for the cleaners because I don’t think they were fully told what to expect with our move (A three floor townhome with limited parking). The quick turnaround was also much appreciated!

I just had Alex and Irina clean my apartment and it was fantastic, such a wonderful peace of of mind!
Both Alex and Irina were both incredibly professional and courteous. I live in a small studio apartment with an office and had a lot of clutter and trash. They not only worked through it incredibly fast, but also incredibly efficiently! I also signed up for a fridge and oven cleaning, and they look brand new! Alex did a wonderful job in the office on the carpet and in the studio space, and Irina left the kitchen and bathoom looking spotless. I feel like I just moved in again.

I’ve been receiving weekly cleaning services from 24/25 for several years, and while I’m generally satisfied with the quality of the cleanings, there are persistent issues with communication and management tools that really need improvement.

Payments:
There’s currently no option for automatic payments, which means I have to manually pay every single week. Despite having a spotless, long-standing payment record, I still receive multiple daily reminders whenever a payment is missed by even a day. It feels unnecessary and somewhat disrespectful — this could be easily solved by enabling auto-pay.

Upselling:
Even when my account is fully paid, I receive frequent upsell calls and messages for additional services — sometimes multiple times a week. On one occasion, we decided to try a deep clean, which turned out disappointing. It cost twice as much as our regular cleaning but the results were worse. The deep cleaning crew ignored our priorities and seemed to take advantage of the “unlimited time” arrangement.

Cleaning Quality:
The weekly cleaning itself is consistently good. Floors, surfaces, beds, and bathrooms are usually spotless. Some crews are better than others at attention to detail and organizing, but overall the cleaning staff do a great job and are friendly.

Summary:
If 24/25 improved their billing process, reduced the pushy upsells, and ensured more consistent communication, they’d be close to perfect. The cleaners themselves are hardworking and reliable — the issues are mainly with management and operations.

We have used Simply Clean as our house cleaners every two weeks for years, until this last year. When COVID started, we felt we had to cancel until things got better. We’re now slowly starting to get back to some of our old life and that included getting our home looking clean and sparkly again. Simply Clean was the first place we called to get a deep cleaning. As usual, they did a wonderful job. Our house was a mess, and it now looks great again! We are now back on our every two week schedule with them!

Two young women arrived on time and spent a few hours cleaning everything we asked them to. They did a fantastic job; it’s been almost a week now, and we’re still finding unexpected surprises that are just delightful! Every surface in our kitchen and bathrooms sparkles. They even cleaned the interior of the microwave and dusted the edges of our picture frames! Highly recommended!

I just wanted to let you know that my first experience with Osana and Myla was fantastic. They were both extremely professional and did an excellent job with the cleaning. I appreciate the attention to detail and the high-quality work. They pulled couches out to get behind them to get every dust bunny. They removed the trash, made the bed, and surprisingly cleaned off my drum set.

Andrey and Elena were wonderful! They did an amazing job cleaning my home. My house was covered in dust after a kitchen remodel and they were able to get rid of most of it and we’re very efficient and fast :). It was a difficult clean to tackle and they did a fabulous job. The best cleaning I’ve ever had.

Yana was really responsive and easily accessible by email. She responded to all of my questions and the turn around time was quick. I used their service for move-out cleaning to save my self the time/ stress. I had a split-level, loft apartment which took 2 cleaners about 4 hours to clean. They arrived early and finished faster than I expected. The quality was really good and they covered all of the little areas around the apartment. I added on a few extras like baseboards, oven, and windows. It was not much additional cost and it was worth it. I touched up on a few spots when they were done but mostly because my OCD. Any spots I noticed while they were there I asked them to touch up, they did. Overall great experience working with them. I would use them again for my next move-out.

Had the SimplyClean team over for a deep clean of my new home and they did a stellar job! Right down to the prompt arrival, accurate quote estimate and time estimate, as well as the hard work to scrub every hidden corner and crevice of the home. Marina and her teammate did a wonderful job protecting the historic hardwood floors, too, and made sure to use products that were safe for my pet. Very positive experience and looking forward to having them clean my home regularly going forward!
