I wish I could give six stars! Josh and Maggie were incredible! They showed up, made a plan of attack and started working on it with no delay. They did an incredible job and were both communicative and friendly the whole time they were there and were very accommodating while I was working in the house.

Rain city is awesome. We have been using them for over a year and they are always punctual. They do great work, and are communicative. The price is very reasonable for the level of service you get and the finished product. There’s nothing more fabulous than coming back from work to a spotlessly clean home.

Each team or individual that helped get our home ready for company or family to stay condition provided great service —-each room looked transformed. Today was Carinna and she was pleasant and checked to insure all of our cleaning request were met ….

Great communicators! Anytime we need to switch our schedule, it is easy to do so. We always love coming home on the days they are here. A wonderful team!

Sarita was prompt, professional and personable and did a great job of tackling the cleaning of my home. Due to a several months of illness, I have neglected the upkeep on my residence. Sarita spent two hours bringing the shine back to my place and it feels great to be able to enjoy a fresh home!

We had two employees come to our apartment. They're were very professional and very fast! Both of them were so nice and sweet! They coordinated with each other to finish faster and zoomed through!

I clean a lot but my apartment hasn't felt so clean since moving in! We definitely will be sticking to rain city maids!

Team Haleigh and Malcolm did a fantastic job cleaning our house. They arrived within the time window and Malcolm called when they were on their way. When they are done, Haleigh asked us to do a walk around just in case they missed any spot, they didn't! But the practice of asking is really a great gesture.

Really enjoyed my experience with them! Booking was really easy and they were very informative and transparent about how the process and pricing works, which I really appreciated! I had Gail as my cleaner, and she did a fantastic job. My place has never been this neat or shiny before. Would definitely recommend!

Only praise for Rain City! Big shoutout to Nigel! The onsite cleaning staff was professional, friendly, really awesome. Everything around that was super smooth too, from estimate/booking to billing/next steps. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

My home needed a deep cleaning after 7 months of illness and surgery and these guys just did a fantastic job. At one point one of the three people had to leave because of illness and the supervisor came over and took over and did a fantastic job as well but the place has never looked cleaner in all the years I've lived here and it feels so good to be in a clean house after all those months. They will be coming in once a month from now on to keep my place clean I would highly recommend them.

What a wonderful team!! They arrived right on time. The team leader introduced herself and the other members of the team. They all took off to different parts of the house and started work. It was like a well oiled machine!! They worked hard until everything was shiny clean. It was a great experience and I'm now enjoying my home again. I have them set up to return on a regular basis. What a great experience!!!

CJ and the other crew (forgot their names, my bad) did a phenomenal job. Our apartment is sparkling before move out. They were very quick too. Went above and beyond cleaning counters and somehow got everything shining despite moving boxes everywhere. We will sign up for recurrent service after the move.

I recently hired Rain City Maids to clean my apartment, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. I liked how Tymeka left notes and made good judgment.
