Rain City Maids did a beautiful job in deep cleaning my 3 bedroom condo in Bellevue! They arrived on time and did the most thorough cleaning job on all rooms. I recently moved into this condo, and it had not been cleaned by the previous owner, so it needed a lot of work. My kitchen cabinets had gotten greasy with fingerprints, and they now look like new! Even though I didn't request carpet cleaning, the carpets stains were all gone. My painted white baseboards always looked grimy, but now they look good for the first time since I moved here. The newly cleaned interior windows also made the place light and bright. I really appreciate the good work and will definitely hire Rain City Maids to come back on a regular basis.

I hired Rain City Maids for a move-in cleaning, and I was genuinely blown away by the experience. The entire team was incredibly eager to please and showed extreme attention to detail throughout the entire home. Every surface was carefully cleaned, and they went above and beyond what I expected from a standard move-in service.

Shout out to Cas (I hope I’m spelling that correctly), who did an exceptional job tackling the stove. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned that thoroughly in ages, and by the time she was done, it looked almost brand new. That level of dedication really stood out.

The team from Rain City Maids made my home feel completely move-in ready, which took so much stress off my plate during an already busy time. Because of how well they did, I’m genuinely excited to continue with my future weekly cleanings and feel confident that any of their employees will do an amazing job.

Not gonna lie. I hate cleaning. I was recommended this cleaning crew by a buddy if mine. Cant recommend them enough if you're like me, too busy and always too tired to do it yourself. You dont have to be home either, which makes it easy for me to just book when I need help!

Beware of this company....They will damage your property and refuse to take responsibility.

Previous cleanings have been up to par but the most recent visit has been a nightmare. Their team came to our home for a regularly scheduled cleaning and proceeded to use improper cleaning supplies resulting in multiple deep scratches on multiple shower doors.

The owner came out and refused to take ANY responsibility for the damage his people caused and told us to take them to small claims court to resolve the issue... Absolutely unacceptable treatment of a customer and disappointed this was their response.

Again avoid this business AT ALL COSTS!

We used Bellevue Clean recently for a deep clean and had a great experience! The owner, Eric, responded quickly with a very reasonable quote and scheduling was a breeze. The two cleaners arrived on time and went to work right away. We came home to a very sparkly clean house, and we appreciated that they even cleaned off a dirty vanity and helped organize some items (like lining up our kids stuffed animals that our kids enjoyed). I did ask them to focus on baseboards as well as those needed extra work and they look great! Thanks again, we’d recommend them to anyone.

My coordinator Eric was incredibly accommodating to my limited schedule. While the team couldn't do my original day, Eric worked with me to make sure that my home could still get the move-out ready treatment it needed in a timely manner.
