We booked a deep cleaning service with Bellevue Clean and were very happy with it. Our cleaners, Talia and Alyssa, were very friendly and professional. They left our place super clean and organized. Looking forward to our next cleaning with them!

Bellevue Clean did a great job communicating with me before, during and after the clean. Both of the homes I had them work on looked beautiful! Very professional and got the job done quickly!

The Bellevue Clean team was fantastic to work with. The house is spotless and Angelica and Mia showed exceptional care and attention to detail. I’m impressed with the service as well from Eric and team - text reminders about the service and even day of text updates on exact timing.

Many cleaning services I inquired with required a phone call or even a home walk thru, Bellevue Clean allowed me to just input all my information online and book my appointment. As someone extremely busy, just looking for a cleaner, this saved me much needed time.

I felt pricing was fair, but could always come down a little.

Will likely be using Bellevue Cleaners again as a recurring vendor.

We hired Bellevue Clean for their deep clean Move In service after purchasing our first home. I loved how easy it was to book without the hassle of a lengthy phone call or house tour.

However I was left a little disappointed with the lack of detail. I was surprised they sent just one cleaner for our 2200 sq ft deep clean. I let her know our home had been unoccupied for 100+ days so my main concern was the cob webs and dust in window sills and base boards. The sellers already did a standard broom sweep but we are expecting the arrival of our first baby in a month and wanted to make sure the house was basically sterile by the time she arrives.

Once service was finished, I expected a hotel type of clean. But as my husband and I did our walk though, we found multiple areas in corners and light fixtures still with webs. Some baseboards missed with dust, some windows still had a little gunk. Handles of blind pulls still sticky and dirty. Even a huge dead bug in the window sill. But I loved that they had their Spotless Clean Guarantee within 24 hrs so I took some photos as examples and our cleaner came back the next day.

However once the cleaner returned, she seemed to be only focused on finding the areas in my photos to touch up. I let her know those were just examples and would love if she could just comb over the entire home again from top to bottom to catch any missed areas. This was a newly purchased home that was completely empty with no furniture so I hoped it would be relatively easy to focus on windows and wall corners. But I returned the next day, and I still found a few areas still with dust and cobwebs (but better than before).

I’m not sure if I’m justified or if this is very normal and my expectations are just super unrealistic. But I don’t know how else to get a spotless clean outcome when I paid for a service that states a deep clean for an empty house and a Spotless Clean guarantee.

We had a fantastic experience with Bellevue Clean! Our cleaner did an amazing job without us needing to provide any feedback--everything was dusted, hairs were swept up, and our stove left like-new! Eric, the owner, was very friendly and responsive and the whole clean took much less time than we expected. Overall would definitely recommend!

We had the moving out house cleaning service at the end of April. From booking/scheduling to the actual cleaning, the service was exceptional. There were several tough stains in our kitchen that the cleaner went above and beyond to remove. I was extremely impressed by the level of detail that was given to our living room floor to make sure they were not scratched or damaged and left looking spotless. Would recommend to anyone, a very reasonable price as well.

Shannon and Chris were amazing! It was a large job, but they deep cleaned our home better than I could've hoped!
There were carpet stains/marks, oven was grotesque, and the floors were not properly cleaned by the previous owners. Shannon and Chris were able to get out nearly all the carpet stains, and the ancient oven looks brand new!
They were on time, friendly, respectful, and took great care of our home. Would highly recommend! Thank you both!

Eric understood our deadline ahead of large furniture delivery and both Shannon and Keeley were amazing during the appointment. They tackled a large 2000+ sq ft home with care. We walked through my problem areas before and after - though I don’t want to share my before photos, I will share how amazing everything looked (and smelled!) afterwards. Everyone we worked with shared their knowledge with us as first time homeowners and we couldn’t appreciate them more.
