Norman came by to repair our dryer. Professional, honest, fast. He diagnosed the issue with the blower and fixed it within ~20 minutes. Did not try to up charge. Would hire again.

The technician Andrew diagnosed an oven malfunction very quickly and came back with the needed part to finish the repair the next day. Andrew arrived on time, finished the repair quickly, and provided a good summary of the problem. Overall, a very smooth experience. Strongly recommend for appliance repairs

I had an excellent experience with Fuse Service. They responded quickly to my service request (GE washing machine drainage + circuit board issues) and resolved the issue in no time. Communication was clear and timely from start to finish, and the entire transaction was smooth and hassle-free. Scheduling was simple, with flexible options that worked around my availability. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to explain the work being done. It’s RARE these days to find a service that’s this efficient and customer-focused. I’ll definitely call them again if I need appliance repairs in the future.

Andrew was able to fix my AC leak after the previous company failed. They (the first company) gave me two choices: fill about 5lbs of refrigerant or inject some dye and come back to see if there’s a leak. I didn’t get why they had to come back since each visit costs $200 before counting anything else. I went with just the refill. Cost over $900 in total. Two weeks later, the AC died.

This time I called Fuse. They were able to detect and replace the part. I have no idea if the price is good or bad, but they did a good job. I know I shouldn’t have wasted $900+ on the first company. Fuse covers their work with a 1 year warranty (hopefully we won’t need to use it).

Our 20-year old Trane gas furnace stopped working - fan running continuously but no warm air. After searching around over the weekend, my wife found Fuse via a recommendation in Nextdoor. I called them and talked with Jordan. He scheduled for Andrew to come look at it. Andrew showed up on time, patiently diagnosed the problem - the igniter had failed and needed replacement. He also found that a previous tech from a different company kind of shorted from the power to the fan using a small piece of wire (possibly to do some diagnostics but forgot to take that out?) - which made the fan keep running too often! Andrew replaced the faulty igniter and now our trusty old furnace is working again!
Their charge for service was also quite reasonable.
Thanks guys. Will call you whenever we need any HVAC work in the future.

Alex is a professional who is knowledgeable, friendly and customer service oriented. I rate this type of service 5 stars always since today often it’s simply not available. I had a great experience with Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair in Seattle. My air conditioner stopped working during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and they were able to schedule a technician the same day. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything clearly and had the necessary parts on hand to complete the repair the same day.

WARNING: This is basically NOT a local company. While it is physically a local company, but they fall under "the umbrella" of a company based out of Chicago called Premium Home Service. This causes issues with responsiveness. They basically can't do anything without checking in with their parent company.

I called Hardy Heating & Cooling because they were physically in the area where I I live and I'd rather work with local companies. I did not know about their partnership with Premium Home Service when I called. If I had, I would have picked another company.

I am happy with the install of a new furnace, the technician went above and beyond. BUT, I cannot recommend anyone use this company "Hardy Heating & Cooling". The heater stopped working about two weeks after it was installed and I called them right away (first thing in the morning) and it's now been FOUR days and I'm still getting the "waiting to hear back" from both the local office and Premium Home Service. This is a brand new furnace install and they can't even provide service less than a month after install. I've ended up calling another company to come and service and maintain the brand new heater.

Also, because the heater install went until past midnight (the install technician went above and beyond), I did not get an invoice on-site, but it was promised to come soon. It's been three weeks and after at least 6 calls to both the local and non-local numbers, everyone is pointing at the other. I need the invoice to claim rebates from PSE.

One of their selling points for Premium Home Service is that you can call them and they will send a technician without charging a service fee. But unfortunately, that flexibility gets lost after the initial call. Expect to get passed around if you need any follow up.

Also be highly skeptical of the high reviews. One person who claims to be from my area said they called a month ago when their AC stopped working in 107 heat. Um, that was not even close to possible a month ago, weather wise.
