The company offered a reasonable price, even though the house’s outdated pipe design made installation challenging. To address this, Lumank sent three senior technicians, including Master Li, who worked several days—even outdoors in the cold winter—to ensure the new heat pump functioned properly in every room. I was impressed by their quick response, attention to detail, and commitment to customer care. Based on this experience, I would choose Lumank again for any future HVAC repairs or installations.

Wow! I am SO impressed with this company! I normally don’t write reviews but I reached out to Amber (who was the original contact person) just to make sure I can say something. She showed up to my house within an hour after an original email I sent asking if I could get a quote for program I qualified for.

The next day she text me all the info I needed, and the next week my new air handler & heat pump were installed!! Just amazing! The guys installing everything (Nick/Ben) showed up right on time, worked the entire day paying attention to so much detail & went over how the system worked.

Nathan and Ethan came out to look at our chimney and fireplace the other day. They were very friendly and gave us some very good advice on what our fireplace needed to be usable. I highly recommend calling Ace Chimney!

The pricing is out of the range. I had a gas fireplace where the pilot turned on but not the actual fireplace. They were quick to come and made the right diagnosis that it is the pilot, but then offered $850 to fix it. Turns out that the actual part is merely $35 and I could do the same job in 1 hour. I asked the technician to send me a detailed quote which they never sent after coming. Lack of transparency in the pricing is borderline shady to me and the $850 tag for job changing the pilot looks quite unreasonable to me.

The pricing that was quoted to me over the phone for gas fireplace cleaning was much lower than what they charged in-person, even though I was very clear on the phone when I spoke with their scheduler. Why did they think I had wood burning fireplaces when I said gas? Also, the person who came to my house did not correctly reinstall the outside pieces of one of the fireplaces, and it fell off, so we had to reinstall it correctly ourselves. Horrible experience. We are not using this company again.

Edit 1 month later: we just had someone on our roof to install something unrelated and they said we had one of the best looking chimneys they had seen in a long time, and they were impressed with the quality of work that was done. Our initial experience with Ace as homeowners was positive, so it was a cherry on top to hear that the work was quality from someone who sees a lot of chimneys!

Original review: Ace chimney services was super fast and did great work. They identified water leakage in our fireboxes. Took photos of the cracked and mossing crown on the chimney, and rusting flashing. They offered a great deal on the repairs, and did the repairs and cleaning within a week! The work looks top-notch and the flashing is so much better! Zach was super helpful in getting the job done in a timely manner. Thanks Ace!

From the starting they have said a straight price which will be cost. And they provided a detailed quote to us on the starting of the work. No hidden prices. Their efficient & effortful work helps us to make our decision for a yearly chimney inspection deal.

Excellent service. Gas fireplace would not light. They came next day after I called. Just some loose wires so no charge!! Nathan was great…carefully explained where the problem was and set it right.
