The absolute BEST! I cannot recommend them enough. I got lots of different quotes, and Jay from Attic Doctor had the best education about options, and explanation of why he recommended what he did. So we booked them, and I am beyond happy we did! Jay was in constant contact the day of installation, checking with me and his foreman on site to make sure everything was smooth. We had them clean out our old cellulose, treat an old mold spot, seal all the lights and spots from the attic into the home, and install all new batting. They also did rodent proofing as preventative though there was no evidence of previous rodents. I thought it was going to be terribly loud and disruptive all day, but other than the vacuum, it was great. My nervous dog even slept through most of it. Jay sent me all the before and after pictures, and we inspected the work together. Can you say an attic looks gorgeous? Because ours does. When they were done, I noticed our heat pump only turned on once that evening and it was in the high 30s. It used to run almost constantly on a cold night. Our house is quieter without the heat pump running constantly, and feels cozier because the temperature isn't fluctuating so much. Outstanding work, and even better people! I am so glad we worked with them.

I had the most honest, straightforward, and productive experience with Attic Doctor. Not only were they friendly—they were genuinely personable. Two other companies told us we needed over $6,000 in insulation work, but Brennen from Attic Doctor inspected our attic and explained that we didn’t actually need any insulation at all. In fact, I almost wish we did—because I would have felt completely confident hiring them. Brennen also took the time to talk with me about our heating costs and HVAC concerns, offering both thoughtful insight and a great referral. I’m so grateful to have found good people I feel I can trust—people I’d be comfortable referring to friends and calling again in the future.

I'm an experienced remodeler, a house-poor first-time buyer, and a proud father to a bouncing baby girl. When I opened up the crawl spaces under the fixer we landed last year, I knew something had to be done for the health of my family, and I knew I couldn't face a month of weekends crawling through rodent goo to get it done myself. Droppings everywhere, tattered insulation hanging loose where it was hanging at all, tunnels all over, holes in almost every flex duct, mold from unremediated water damage, in short: decades of neglect. I got several estimates and went with Jay and his team at Attic Doctor for the excellent pricing and personal touch in his quote/process. I often suffer from buyer's remorse, but I've never been happier to drop a chunk of change. They CRUSHED it! Scheduling was flexible. Every step of the way was clearly communicated and professionally handled. Their work was top notch; undoubtedly better than I would have been able to do myself. The job was WAY bigger than I imagined, and they were in and out inside of a day. They even fixed additionally discovered damage at a fantastic rate, when you KNOW contractors love to hike an estimate through the roof. I can't wait to get down there to do some plumbing! If I had it to do over again, I would change one thing: I wouldn't bother calling anyone else. 10 of 10, would recommend without a moment's hesitation.

I had to get some insulation removed and replaced on short notice because the roofing crew found issues with the existing insulation while working on the house. Chris from Attic Doctor came out right away, looked over everything, walked me through the options for both materials and pricing, and explained the whole process clearly from start to finish. He coordinated with the roofing company to make sure the timing worked out, and kept me updated the whole time. Whenever I had questions, he got back to me quickly and was easy to talk to. Definitely recommend working with this company. Ask for Chris. He’s the one you want to work with for sure!
