Tony was awesome! Showed up first thing to fix a failed water pipe and was friendly and knowledgeable. Got things fixed and running again quickly! We greatly appreciated his attentive service.

Drew came on the weekend when we were in great need. He spent a good deal of time walking us through what to expect and was completely transparent. He was professional and courteous, and we would 100% call him again if we find ourselves in need of a plumber again.

Fast service and transparency throughout the entire process. My technician Tony was very professional and fixed the water leaking problem at a reasonable time and price. I recommend this company for anyone who needs same day services.

Response was quick after Yelp forwarded the request in the evening. Work was finished early the next afternoon. Minor issue with water spilling on the garage floor, but he cleaned it up. Price was comparable to other estimates.

The entire Roto-Rooter team from start to finish was outstanding. From Troy to Ashely, from Shane to Jason everyone was incredibly professional and responsive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend calling them if you have a plumbing problem or need mitigation support - they'll help you with everything.

Did the plumber solve my clogged main drain pipe problem? Yes. But boy did I pay an arm and a leg. Most estimates you see on line do not exceed $500-$600, especially when the plumber was in and out in less than an hour. I get that weekends cost more, but this company braggs about no weekend or after hours changes. I think not. Honestly charging over $1000/hr is the most insane thing I have had to pay for. Looks like these plumbers will sort of as independent contractors with each setting up pricing as they please, especially when help is needed urgently. If you're like me, and don't have money growing on trees, you're better off calling someone else from a known reference.

The work was completed in a timely and thorough manner. Importantly, the technician was an excellent communicator. He answered numerous questions to make sure I understood the problem and how he fixed it. He also helped by describingthe a process to determine if there was another unrelated leak that may need remediation.

Best response to the worst situation! The water damage was overwhelming, but from the start, Marcel was a reassuring advocate. Shane and the water mitigation/demo team were beyond professional, efficient, and most of all thoughtful about how they could minimize disruption as they did their work. Cynthia from the moving team was great to work with as well! I felt like all of them really had my back, were awesome advocates, and were so pleasant to work with! I’m really grateful!

While doing laundry last night the water from the washer came through the bathroom and flooded my bathroom, hallway, and bedroom. It was an absolute nightmare. I called several places, but because it was so late in the evening I had to wait until the morning. I had someone come out and charge me a fee only to tell me know that I had something stuck that he wasn’t able to get to and
wanted me to wait until tomorrow to have his boss come and look. Meanwhile I only have one toilet and it is an inoperable. He did suggest that I have my septic tank cleaned. So I had the septic tank cleaned and they also told me that I have an obstruction that they can’t get to and that I needed to call a plumber. So again, after calling four more places for them to tell me that they couldn’t see me for another week or longer, I googled one more time and came across Roto-Rooter. I called and they had somebody out within 30 minutes. Kenny was very knowledgeable. He explained step-by-step what he was going to be doing, showed me on the video what the obstruction was, and how he was going to go about trying to get it cleared. After Hydro jetting, he found It was tree roots that were causing the problem. He was able to get them out and showed me videos of the water properly. I now have every thing working again. This has been an exhausting 24 hours and I can’t thank Kenny enough. If you’re in need of a plumber, please don’t hesitate to call and ask for Kenny at Roto-Rooter.

Christian and Drew were fantastic! Arrived within an hour of me calling to schedule with the office, gave me a speedy estimate, and an even speedier fix. I needed a partial rebuild of my toilet tank including replacing the fill valve entirely. They had all parts on hand and were done before I knew it. Super friendly too, my household has been using this business for my whole life and for a good reason. Called Roto Rooter this morning, and they were able to come out same day, which really surprised me! Jesse, Service Technician 2201, did a fantastic job unclogging my MIL's kitchen sink drain (50 ft of power auger cable!). He was very courteous, had some great tips, and was really great to talk to! Ask for him by name!

The service I received from Rotor Rooter from the scheduler who contacted me with up to date ETA (I am sorry I don’t remember her name)- she was so kind and patient thank you 😊 When Drew and Christian arrived they were professional and respectful of our home. I asked many questions and they listened and responded with detailed information. I am so grateful for the integrity and honesty of both Drew and Christian. Drew alerted me to an issue I was not aware of, and with quick action was able to solve the problem!
