Ashley was so prompt and professional in our plumbing emergency. We were out of town when our sitter noticed water leaking from the front of the dishwasher. She was able to quickly remedy the entire situation. Thank you Ashley! Highly recommend!

Drew from Roto-Rooter did an excellent job fixing the thermocouple on our water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he fixed it. The repair was done efficiently, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. My plumbing started backing up in the basement yesterday , we called Roto Rooter at 7 am today and our tech Jesse tech #2101 showed up today at 10 am right on schedule. Jesse cleared our clog and showed us on camera the plumbing all the way to the street. You can really tell Jesse has been in the business for years! His experience and knowledge allowed him to explain everything so well. He also was able to provide tips and tricks to help us out in the future! He was respectful, funny, and very knowledgeable! Would totally call and request him by name! Thank you Jesse! Your a life saver!

Our garbage disposal started leaking while cleaning up from brunch. I called for service and in 2 hours Drew was at our home. He was friendly and informative. After inspecting it, as expected it needed to be replaced. He had the same model with him and within an hour it was installed and he was all cleaned up leaving the space as clean as he found it. It would have taken me a lot longer, quite a few scraped knuckles and more than a few curse words! All with time to spare before preparing dinner.

Ray was so very helpful -my water heater went out unexpectedly (as it would!) but he was able to diagnose , and replace it (12yrs old) within my budget and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. He even fixed my broken toilet I’m very grateful for the excellent service -thank you

I'd never called Roto-Rooter before, but when I had a stubborn clog in my main line and nobody else could fix it, I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did! Jesse came out and got my entire situation sorted in one visit, at a very reasonable price. He explained every step of the process, told me what to expect, and helped me understand how the whole system works and what was going wrong. He was competent and cool the whole way through, making sure the job got done right. I have a lot of respect for skilled workers like that. It wasn't an easy job, but he kept my mood up, and in the end everything was fixed. I am so happy to have running water again! You don't realize how much you need it until you have to go without.

We had a burst pipe under our kitchen sink in the middle of the night. After calling several plumbing companies, Roto-Rooter was the only one able to immediately confirm a technician arrival time.
Peyman was fantastic - he arrived promptly at 8 a.m., quickly diagnosed the issue, and walked us through repair options based on parts availability. He also inspected the other pipes in our home and provided helpful recommendations for future replacements. He did an excellent job and ensured everything was fully working before he left.
