Our oven kept turning itself off so I called Appliance Fixers. I choose him because of the 5 stars rating. Dan was able to come out today and he found the problem and was able to fix it which saved me a lot of money since I didn’t need a new part. Dan was very honest, friendly and professional. I wish I could give him a 6 star rating! I will always call him if we have another problem with any other appliances. I love it when I find an honest and fair person to do business with! I highly recommend Appliance Fixers!

Excellent customer service and response! Pricing was reasonable and there is a 3 month warranty for parts and labor which ensures reliability in their work. Nick was fast, efficient and professional! He was honest and fair in his assessment and did a thorough job checking for clogging and drainage issues and replacing our drain pump. Nick explained the process clearly and was honest in his advice on getting our 14-year old Samsung washer replaced when the control board malfunctioned. Happy to recommend Appliance Fixers for their honesty and excellent service!

This is a great company. I called for my gas dryer. They have quality control to ensure their diagnostic is correct and they are doing the right repairs. Albert was prompt and personable and I felt very confident he knew what he was doing. Price was fair and I would 10/10 call them again in the future for my other appliances.

Albert was very knowledgeable and he and his team worked very to first fix our in-wall microwave and then our dishwasher, including taking care of reaching out to the dishwasher company for them to uphold their warranty.

Great service- our washing machine had an error code and needed a new part. We called that night and they had an opening next day. Very courteous and was able to replace the part quickly and make sure it worked before leaving.

Albert from Appliance Fixers was great! He was able to identify the problem with my washer after a through inspection and was very upfront and honest. Sadly, we will have to get a new washer because the part I need will be very expensive compared to getting a new one. But overall he was very professional and knowledgeable! Replaced the glass cover for the glide n serve compartment of LG refrigerator. They were quick to respond and came over the same day that I posted on Thumbtack. They found the correct part for replacement. Removing the existing cover was also not an easy task. They completed this work to my utmost satisfaction.
