I had an excellent experience with Dan when fixing my dryer. Dan was professional, punctual and knowledgeable about troubleshooting and fixing issue. What really stood out was Dan’s attention to detail and how he made sure everything was working before he left. I highly recommend Dan to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Albert came to fix our GE cafe double oven. The lower gas oven wasn’t working. He came and looked at it, was on time and very professional. They determined the problem and ordered the parts. Came back when parts came in and fixed it, had to overcome a couple complications but got it done. We are very happy!! Friendly, good communication and a fair price! I will definitely call them in the future for my appliance issues! Thank you!

Dan was fabulous. He took my beloved old expensive refrigeraytor and figured out why it was leaking water all over the floor. It’s too old to fix completely, unfortunately, but he put it back carefully and assured me it would no longer leak. He was tidy, thorough and a great diagnostic technician! I would definitely use him again.

I called for appointment late morning and they were here in the afternoon the same day. Very professional and courteous and fast!! They explained the problem and how much the charges would be and the repair was done within the hour . Very happy with the service and would recommend this company.

I was so relieved when I was able to get a same-day appointment. Dan arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher. He was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Dan was very professional. He diagnosed the problem, proposed a fix and cost, and then got it done including cleanup. IMO, a fair price for 2 hours of work. We will definitely use again if needed.

We were having water leaking issue with our fridge while changing the water filter, so I messaged Dan for service. He promptly responded and was able to schedule us in ASAP. By asking some questions and photos about the issue, he was able to diagnose the possible problem and came with the right parts for replacement.
He’s very knowledgeable and clearly explaining the cause of the problem and what needs to be avoided.

Our KitchenAid fridge stopped working. I called a few different places and Appliance Fixers left me with a great first impression.
The technician visited and diagnosed the problem. The part was ordered and fixed a couple days later. It’s been over a week and still running perfectly.
They were prompt, professional and highly skilled. Will use again whenever I need it.

My experience with Appliance fixers was excellent. Interaction with Larry was wonderful as he did troubleshooting with a dishwasher that had a water blockage. Fixed the problem in 45mn. I was lucky he was able to come within 2 hours on a Sunday. Good job! I definitely recommend them

My refrigerator broke down, and I hired Dan to fix it. He quickly diagnosed the issue on his first visit, helped me order the replacement part, and returned for a second visit to complete the repair. Larry was on time, polite, tidy, thoughtful, and very good at his job. My washing machine was leaking underneath, I thought a hose came loose or something but he figured out that I was using too many laundry pods and creating too much foam, it was bubbling out the top of the pipe where the drain hose goes in and running under the machine. I've had less than ideal experiences with repair technicians in the past (NOT this company) and I'm well aware that Larry could have charged me for an expensive repair I didn't need, instead he spent extra time to diagnose my own mistake and just charged me for the regular service call. Which was at 8 am on a Sunday after I called at 3 pm the day before, he would have been absolutely justified charging me an emergency fee. I have a shabby old house with old-ish appliances I can't afford to replace, it's greatly comforting to know about this company for when the next thing stops working (or I use it wrong).
