Val is amazing! I called him when my washer stopped working and got an appointment with him quickly. The diagnostic was accurate and the price was totally reasonable.

After the service, I had different issue which he gave me advice and suggestion on how to fix it. Totally recommend the business!

He was quick to respond to my website inquiry, showed up the next day during the window provided (including letting me know he was on his way), and fixed the problem the same day (he had the part with him) at a cost of 30% less than an alternative vendor from 3 years ago. Highly recommend!

We called Val at GR Solutions repair and he answered the phone right away. We told him that our wash machine control panel was not working. He said he would come out between 8 and 10 am next morning. He came on time and did a simple fix. We also asked if he could look at our fridge that was leaking. He fixed the clogged filter and worked in the freezer part. It took about 30 minutes to fix.. Val is pleasant and respectful. I would recommend him highly for your repairs in the home. Thanks Val!

I recently had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator not cooling, so I decided to call the GR solutions. To my delight, Mr. Val arrived at my house just a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that there was an icing issue with the back panel.

I really appreciated how transparent he was--he showed me the parts that needed replacing and even pulled up the prices on their third-party website. After I agreed on the cost, he got right to work and brought my fridge back to life!

Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to work with this company; Phone operator was abrupt and said they did not work on our equipment; Built in Alfresco Grill. Ironic, but the manufacturer of the grill (Alfresco) gave me this company's name as the #1 choice.

They came out to repair our range, when the repairman pushed the range back in, he broke one of our backsplash tiles. It was in a brand new kitchen remodel and the tile had just been installed 3 days prior. This was in April, they keep saying they will call us back, but never do. It is now July and they won't return our calls.
