I hired Maple Man to prune three Japanese maple species that needed professional attention. As someone who wasn't comfortable with this specialized work myself, I'm glad I made the right choice to contact an expert.

Shyam was incredibly knowledgeable about Japanese maples and took great care in rejuvenating all three trees. His expertise showed in how he approached each tree's unique needs. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Shyam explained what needed to be done and kept us informed every step of the way. He masterfully aligned the trees' natural structure with the expectations to maintain balance.

The results speak for themselves, and we are already looking forward to the next phase of care for these beautiful trees. If you have Japanese maples that need professional pruning, don't hesitate to contact Maple Man. Worth every penny for the peace of mind and quality care.

Shyam did a great job re-sculpting our 25 year old Japanese maples. He takes a very artistic and natural approach with his work. I highly recommend Maple Man!

Shyam was absolutely amazing! I have over 40 Japanese Maples of all different species and development in my garden that were left to me by my late brother. I was apprehensive to prune them and had been looking for someone to assist me but also afraid to let just anyone lay hands on them, aptly so. After researching many different avenues I found The Maple Man and couldn't have been happier! He came and assessed my property, listened to my questions and concerns and offered to teach me how to care for my trees! Which was amazing in and of itself to me, teach a man to fish....

Shyam is a wonderful teacher and full of knowledge. He pruned the first couple of trees explaining his thought process along the way and then began asking me what I would do and what options I saw in the tree. Soon after I was pruning alongside him and building confidence and a wealth of knowledge! It was a wonderful day learning in my garden and money well spent!

I couldn't have been happier with my experience with The Maple Man and feel that I have a better understanding of my trees, my garden and how to work with them. I would recommend his services in a heartbeat and trust him with my trees whole heartedly!

Shyam did a great job trimming our trees! He was so easy to work with and our yard looks great. I highly recommend him.

My wife and I have used other guys that call themselves arborists and have lost some plants because they didn't know what they were doing.
I have found a true to the bone Certified Arborist known as The Maple Man he came out today to prune some Maple trees as well as other things we needed pruned back and I couldn't believe the true artist that he is and that alone is a bonus!
Everything that he pruned back was precise in every sense of the word.
Shyam worked his magic and he is just a great and respectful man that takes his profession very serious and he also has a great work ethic which is a rarity today.
I will be hiring Shyam again in the near future.
That's again Shyam you are greatly appreciated!

I highly recommend Maple Man LLC. The owner, Shyam pruned two Japanese Laceleaf Maples for me. Shyam is a skilled and artistic arborist who pruned my trees to perfection. Even after the trees lost their leaves in the fall, the Oriental structure of the pruned trees was beautiful and highlighted his skill and artistry. Thank you Maple Man for a wonderful job!

Amazing attention to detail. Maple tree pruning is his specialty but he has an eye for all plants and trees. Very knowledgeable and professional.

We bought an old (50+) "rescued" Japanese Laceleaf Maple from a local tree farm last fall. I went out to prune and really inspect it for the first time since it was planted and quickly got lost on where to start. I found Shyam online and he was able to come out just a couple days later. It was magical! He is so kind and so knowledgeable. He allowed me to prune alongside him and talked to me about what he was doing and why. He also took a look at the other, younger trees we purchased at the same time and made some suggestions about which limbs to keep even though they would likely be temporary, and made some large, structural pruning cuts on those as well. I would definitely hire Shyam again.

Just wanted to post a note to express how happy I am with the work you did on my property. Limbing up my taller trees so I couldsee my yard, thinning out my Cedars, and bringing out the beautiful structure of my 2 Japanese Maples. Thank you and I look forward to some new plantings in the future.

Shyam did a wonderful job pruning our two overgrown maple trees. He responded to my inquiry quickly and made scheduling convenient for me. We will have Shyam return every year to keep our Japanese maple looking beautiful!

We so appreciated Shyam’s strategic pruning and shaping of our Japanese Maples! They have never looked this good! He truly is an artist! Thank you Maple Man!
Wish we had more before/after photos, but this is an example.

Maple Man showed amazing care and love when pruning our somewhat neglected Japanese maple tree. The tree is more gorgeous now than I've ever seen it. I can’t wait to have Shyam back so we can continue improving over the years to come.

Thanks to Shyam’s knowledge and care my Japanese maple looks like a whole new stunning tree. This maple was so overgrown but he was able to trim it perfectly to highlight the gorgeous branches. He is so easy and friendly to work with, I cannot recommend him enough!

Had a great experience working with Shyam aka Maple Man. He came to our home and took care of several maples and other trees that needed some love. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with and took the time to answer questions and help educate me on the process and what he was doing. Cannot recommend him enough!

I don't leave reviews unless the service is exceptional, and in this case it's warranted. We had Shyam out to prune a Japanese maple that had been neglected for over a decade, and are so glad we did. I cannot believe how much better it looks! It's like a new tree, and we've already received several compliments from neighbors and friends. Shyam is a great guy and we can't wait to have him back. He's obviously very skilled at what he does.

“Maple Man” Shyam was great and very knowledgeable. So happy to get our beautiful Maple back on track. Communication and scheduling very good. I would highly recomend Maple Man for any pruning needs!

Overall had a great experieince working with the Maple Man. His communication prior to the job was timely and clear. Upon arrival, we chatted briefly about the work, he answered a few questions I had. Upon completion, we chatted about what he did, and he offered suggestions for us to do to keep the tree in a good place. I would highly recommend him for his services.

Shyam did a miraculous recovery on our maple tree! I pruned it totally wrong over a year ago and he fixed it. Will need another pruning next year but it’s in its way back to its beautiful form. He also worked on our mimosa tree which had crazy growth this year and the branches were getting too heavy and breaking off.

I had a fantastic experience working with Shyam. Communication is clear and easy, he provided expert guidance on how to approach the job. I'm very satisfied with his work and he left the area spotless before he left. I highly recommend working with Shyam.

Shyam is an excellent arborist and it is evident he understands how to make each Japanese Maple look their best. He provided a reasonable quote and was very quick and tidy yet thorough with his work. He is very easy to communicate with and will trust him with any future work our maples need. We look forward seeing the new growth this year :)

Shyam came to work with my Japanese maples recently revealing their stunning beauty that had been long hidden. He is truly knowledgeable, extremely patient, and has such care with his work. I am beyond happy to have found him and cannot wait to have him back to continue to care for our maples. Here are some wonderful before and afters. Wado Shyam!
