Home Services reviews in Bothell, Washington

Dalila’s attention to detail is unmatched. Perfect for anyone looking for quality cleaning services in Bellevue.

Absolutely amazing and lovely team at 4 Seasons. They were so kind and understanding of a very difficult situation and cleaned more than we expected in the space. It has been completely transformed. Everything from booking the cleaning through to their exit was handled with compassion and respect. Thank you! Highly recommend and wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Four Seasons did a deep cleaning at my house recently, and the difference was night and day. They cleaned areas I hadn’t even thought about! It was such a relief to have it all done professionally.

I just had my first house cleaning with Four Seasons in Oskams Corner, and I’m already planning to schedule recurring visits. Everything was cleaned to perfection. The attention to detail was impressive!

Our place was very messy, to the point that some other cleaning services firms declined to work with us. We were embarrassed at how bad things had gotten, and felt like we were at a dead end. But when we reached out to Four Seasons for a deep clean, they were happy to help, and the workers were all professional and efficient. They were a lifesaver, and I do not have the words to express how wonderful they were to us.

I’ve been using Four Seasons in Brier for bi-weekly maid service cleaning, and my house has never been so consistently clean. They remember the small details like wiping baseboards and dusting blinds. It’s been a huge help for our busy household.

I recently hired this cleaning service for a deep clean of two rooms in my home and had a mixed experience. I want to commend Emmy and Kris, the cleaning professionals who attended my home. Their service was outstanding, and their friendly demeanor made the experience even better. They truly went above and beyond, leaving the cleaned rooms spotless. I would rate their performance five stars without hesitation.

However, the overall experience was somewhat marred by a communication breakdown with the management. My request for a two-room deep clean was not clearly relayed to the cleaning team, resulting in an incomplete kitchen cleaning. For clarity, it's also important to note that the service does not include dishwashing as part of the kitchen cleaning package.

Considering the discrepancy between the excellent work of the cleaning team and the miscommunication from management, I am giving an overall rating of four stars. I hope management takes note of this feedback and improves their communication processes to ensure all clients receive the service they expect. Additionally, Emmy and Kris deserve recognition for their exceptional service—a raise would be a fitting acknowledgment of their hard work and dedication.

The two women did an incredible job cleaning my nephew’s apartment. This apartment was extremely dirty and dusty and they worked diligently to get it in decent shape. I would definitely hire Four Season’s again.

We had Four Seasons come out for a move out cleaning in Canyon Park, and they were incredible. The landlord was impressed, and we had zero issues getting our deposit back. It was definitely worth every penny.

The Four Seasons crew did a fantastic job with our home! Every room was cleaned thoroughly, and the whole house feels fresh and inviting. Their attention to detail really showed, and it made a big difference walking in afterward. Thanks for making our home sparkle!

A 1 person team came to our house today, her name was Lady. She did the best job vs many 3 person teams. She took all her energy for 4 hours and did a wonderful jobs. I would request her again.

The 2 ladies were very thorough in cleaning our kitchen and bathrooms. Cleaning a few of the windows was a very nice bonus.. We appreciate their being on time, as well. Thank you very much for a job well done.

I used Four Seasons Cleaning in Bothell to clean my empty house prior to staging and putting on the market. Would not recommend if you are not on site. Pictures are of floor after it was cleaned.

Four Seasons has been our go-to maid service cleaning company in Canyon Park. They’re consistent, efficient, and always leave our home smelling fresh and looking perfect. I love coming home after they've been here!

So far I had my first deep clean. The ladies were very nice and very very good! They paid attention to little details and I was happy with the results. I loved that it did not smell like harsh chemicals after they left.

Also the owner stopped by to discuss pricing for ongoing cleanings and what I want included. He was so extremely nice and walked through everything with me and the cleaners.

Overall I am very happy. I will be signing up for no-weekly services and come back to update this in a few months!

My first time trying the four seasons cleaning services for cleaning the house before guests arrive in a few days. Overall, they did a good job. They listened to what I wanted to have done and tried to accommodate my specific requests. They cleaned a large stairway window instead of doing another area, and even cleaned the surface of a table out on the patio per request, which was great. They worked hard most all the time although there was a lot of chit chat.
Anna, one of the two person team, took care of cleaning an area of floor in one of the bathrooms when I pointed it out, I asked and shew cleaned better to remove dried spackle or paint. However, after they left I did found some other small things fragments of food, etc. still on the living room floor when I expected it to be all clean in a couple small spots. if I wasn't working from home, I could have asked for more detailed work in areas, if I noticed. So attention to detail could be a little better.
I realize that my expectations may be a little higher than most as I expect someone to clean like I would clean my home given I had time and energy, etc. I'm very detailed when I do clean.
So overall I am happy, would have the service come again.
Overall rating is 4.5 stars out of 5.0.

We just moved and needed move out cleaning fast — Four Seasons came through and left our old apartment spotless. The attention to detail was impressive. Highly recommend for anyone moving in or out!

Marisol and Andrea always provide us with excellent service and always bring positive and uplifting attitudes to our house. Not to mention, they are extremely hard workers and pay attention to details like we have never seen before. They deserve all of the praises and rewards for their dedication and awesome work! Thank you Andrea and Marisol!

Just had a deep cleaning of my 1,800sf house and the team did a great job. They finished in 3 hours, and the kitchen was sparkling, including the inside of the oven. Bathrooms looked great and floors and surfaces were all free of dust and cat hair. They even vacuumed and fluffed the couch cushions. Very impressed and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

We scheduled deep cleaning with Four Seasons Cleaning Services, and they did an amazing job. The house cleaner was thorough, detail-oriented, and made our home feel brand new.

I was overwhelmed with my move until I booked Four Seasons for move out cleaning in Bothell East. They made the process completely stress-free. The place looked amazing, and I got my full deposit back. Highly recommend their cleaning services.
