The cleaning team was punctual, polite, and thorough. They cleaned areas I didn’t even think about, like the baseboards and window sills. Communication was easy, and the price was fair for the quality. I will definitely be using their service regularly

A two-person team came for a move-out cleaning, and after three hours, I checked the master bathroom and found hair left in the shower booth and drawers, and dust still sitting on the bedroom window frames.

When I called the company to complain, they said they wouldn’t charge me and pulled the workers out immediately—without even locking the front door. They also didn’t respond when I texted asking where they had left the plug adapter for the automatic bedroom light.

For reference, the house was already quite clean; we just hired a professional cleaning service for deep cleaning before moving out and listing. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst cleaning experiences I’ve ever had.

I chose this company because of all the great reviews, but this time it was a complete disappointment. I’m leaving this review to let others know that good reviews don’t always mean you can trust the service.

This company does an excellent job — everything is always very clean. I’m really happy with their service. They come every week for regular cleaning and once a month for deep cleaning. The girls are very friendly and easy to communicate with. I absolutely love this company.
