Home Services reviews in Bothell, Washington

Awesome communication and super efficient! My house looks just like it did when i first moved in, everything looks great and was left sparking. Thank you The Perfect Cleaning Concepts.

We hired Renato and his team to do a move out/deep cleaning of our previous rental home and they did such a wonderful job that we hired them again a few weeks later to do a move in/deep clean of our new home. Both homes were left spotless, sparkly clean and we look forward to working with them soon. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Cleaning Concepts Service is fantastic! The team is professional, thorough, and always leaves my home spotless. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Cleaning Concepts is amazing! Our house is sparkling and is always so beautiful after They comes over. This is definitely something I didn't know I needed until we started - this is our fifth month we do every two weeks.

This cleaning company is a scam! Dont use them! They did such a terrible job cleaning. First they started cleaning at 10am and didnt end till 4pm in a 3 bedroom house. I had to call them back because they never cleaned part of my home. Second they charged me 700 dollars then when I complained after paying them they said I should of told them to charge less!! The owner also doesn't like to call you. Communication is poor! Dont go by the reviews! That is probably fake also!

I struggled for years to find a cleaning service that would meet my extremely high standard in cleaning/sanitizing. And I have always opted to do it myself and spend my weekend cleaning just to get it the way I wanted. I am so glad I finally decided to get The Perfect Cleaning Concepts . The team exceeded my expectations by far. They are fast, efficient, extremely detail oriented. They cleaned areas I honestly thought were impossible to clean :) they are also considerate and listen carefully to all requests. Renato did a great job communicating what they will do and every time there was a change, he made sure I am aware. I am so happy I found their services and looking forward to continue having their help. Now I can claim my weekends back and relax :)))

We have been customers for about 4 months, and I can honestly say that Alinne and her team have improved my quality of life. They come every other week, and that service means I don’t have to spend my weekends trying to deep clean my house. It feels so nice and freeing knowing my house will be clean and smelling great (not an easy feat with two dogs). They’re always on time, and they’re also flexible with scheduling if I need a switch. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service. The Perfect Cleaning Concepts team were professional, thorough, and incredibly efficient. My home has never looked better. They paid attention to the smallest details. They were also punctual and respectful of my space. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch cleaning!

My first time using a cleaning service. The Perfect Cleaning Concepts does a spectacular job. I referred a couple friends even. Never thought my house could be so clean and fresh smelling even with a dog. I highly recommend them…

We love The Perfect Cleaning Concepts!! They’ve been cleaning our home every 2 weeks for the past 6 months now, and they consistently do a top notch job, every single time. And that’s a house with two teenagers, and a (shedding) dog and cat. Plus, the communication and effort to find a time that works for you, is truly unparalleled. We’re so grateful!! ❤️

I have been a customer for years and I’m extremely pleased with the level of the service we receive. The Perfect Cleaning Concepts are hardworking and do a thorough and detailed cleaning. I highly recommend them and we so grateful for the team for keeping our house sparkling clean!

Unbelievable job done by the team that arrived at my house from the Perfect
cleaning Concepts. I live in an older home which I believe is tougher to keep clean that a newer one. They hit everything! To top it off they were also the kindest people. Will definitely be using again!

We were happy to be able to get time on Alinne’s busy schedule. She was very flexible in fitting us in. The first deep clean was fantastic!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 **Exceptional Service, Every Time!**

We are beyond grateful for the incredible work our house cleaning crew does! From deep cleaning to routine maintenance, they consistently leave our home looking, smelling, and feeling fresh and welcoming. Their attention to detail is unmatched—not only is everything spotless, but they go above and beyond with elegant touches like origami flowers and ornate towel folding that add an extra layer of charm to our space.

They are **reliable, flexible, and always accommodating** to our changing schedule and household needs, making it effortless to keep our home pristine. Their kindness, respect, and professionalism shine through in every visit, making them an absolute pleasure to work with.

If you’re searching for a top-tier cleaning service—whether for a one-time refresh or ongoing care—look no further! We highly recommend them for their **dedication, expertise, and ability to turn any space into a beautifully maintained sanctuary.**

Thank you for your outstanding service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alinne and her crew always do an amazing job. They’re personable, professional and flexible and make coming home an absolute joy with how well they clean.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the deep cleaning service I received from The Perfect Cleaning Concepts team They were punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. Every corner, surface, and hidden spot was spotless by the time they finished. They paid attention to details I wouldn’t have even thought of. I also appreciated how respectful and efficient they were throughout the process. Highly recommend this service to anyone, really
worth it! We are ready to setup the bi-weekly with them.

Like I assume everyone reading this, I hired The Perfect Cleaning Concepts Service to get some time back in my life. I figured they would make my home as clean as I would be able to make it myself if I had the time, which would have been fantastic. However, They not only did save me time, they made my home cleaner than I ever have. For example, I've scrubbed the grout in my shower with a toothbrush many times and been quite happy with the results. But when They cleaned my shower, it was another level of clean. Bright white, smell good, shiniest glass of all time clean. They were kind, courteous, accommodating, skilled, and will be back to clean my house regularly for the foreseeable future. Your search is over, you should hire them to clean your home as well.

The best cleaning service I have had in 30 years of owning my house. Many companys out there, but in particular The Perfect Cleaning Concepts Has been so thorough in paying attention to details, the house feels amazing.
Was an excellent experience, now we will do every week. ;)
We really recommend them.

My experience with The Perfect Cleaning Concepts Service was excellent, exceeding my expectations! The house was spotless, everything was sparkling clean and smelled so nice. I was impressed with the attention to detail right down to the light fixtures in my bathroom being carefully cleaned. Truly meticulous work! Many thanks to Renato and his teams for doing such an amazing job. I will definitely recommend and start with every week visits with them …
