I have them come clean my house once a month. They always do a good job. They are responsive if we need to reschedule. I usually talk to Pam Toledo. I think I have been using them for about 4 years. I would definitely recommend them.

Toledo Cleaning Services is a GREAT family-run cleaning service. We called Pamela after seeing great reviews for her on NextDoor. She fit us in right away for a free estimate and we were really impressed with how professional she was, and really clear on the process and pricing. She was able to fit us in and do a whole house cleaning before our son's bday party, and it was such a blessing! They did an amazing job, top to bottom, and at a very fair price. I'd highly recommend them for their services!

It’s never easy to find the right people/company to clean your house. Trust has always been a big issue for me, but Pamela and Rodrigo made everything goes smoother. Pamela and her team have been cleaning my house twice a month for over a year. She is very reliable and professional - she checks in via text each time the day before and is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I have a large house with teenager boys, a dog and a part time AirBnB business, and my house is always sparkling clean after her team comes through. They work hard and don't cut corners in cleaning, and I also appreciate how nice, honest and flexible they are. Today I had a situation where my dog tracked muddy paw prints all over my downstairs carpet. I had planned on spending time this weekend tackling this problem. Pamela hand scrubbed out the paw prints when they came to clean, which was really above and beyond expectations and I'm sure took her a lot of extra time. I would definitely recommend Pamela and Toledo Cleaning Services.

Really enjoyed having Pam and her team come in every other week and clean. Always did a great job and it always smelled great and looked great coming home. It was also nice to not have to be home while they cleaned and I trusted them 100% and had 0 issues.

Pamela and crew at Toledo Cleaning are top notch, A+++ rating. We’ve tried several house cleaners in the past but tried Toledo from a friends referral. Not only are they completely trustworthy, but extremely efficient. They clean our 2500 sf house including windows and baseboards as needed within a few hours. They even clean and polish stainless appliances, dust each and every time, completely remove all furniture and polish our hardwood floors. I would highly recommend (and have to several friends) their superior services.

Pamela’s team was a pleasure to work with for our Deep Clean! They left the house sparkling clean to the point where I jokingly told my husband “don’t touch anything!”. It really was spotless! She was quick to address my concern of using my bleach/ammonia free cleaning products to use for next time. We look forward to working with them in the future!

Toledo cleaning services literally saved me last week! We had a deep clean scheduled with another cleaner and they had an emergency and had to cancel at midnight the night before the deep clean. We had the whole house prepped for the clean (not easy with 2 toddlers!) and a guest coming to stay with us for a week in a few days, and I had been looking forward to the deep clean so much. On a Saturday morning at 8 am I was frantically started calling other companies trying to see if somehow I could find someone else to clean our house that weekend but felt like chances were next to none. Toledo cleaning services answered the phone on the second ring, and expressed empathy for our situation (even though I knew there are definitely far worse problems in the world haha) - and were able to squeeze us in for a deep clean the next morning! They were so nice, efficient, and cleaned the house better than I have seen it in years. Highly recommend their cleaning, as well as their customer service and just all around kindness!

Pamela is professional and has great customer service etiquette. I contacted her and within a couple days she fit me in to do a deep cleaning for my 1300 sq ft home. They’re also very communicative and very reliable: Pamela sends out reminders before cleaning, and they have been cleaning my home for more than a year now and have never been late.
