Home Services reviews in Bothell, Washington

They always do an amazing job cleaning! I never thought I would be a person to hire a cleaning team, but I was done spending 5+ hours cleaning every week. Absolute Cleaning Pro has saved me so much time, and they are *very* affordable, especially for the Seattle area! They are really kind, communicative, and work with your schedule. I definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Thank you to Absolute Cleaning Pro for cleaning my home for the first time. Wow- they actually ARE the pros! Claudia and David were so thorough and meticulous and did sweet tidying touches throughout my home to show they had thought of every detail! We felt so comfortable having them in our home and they worked so hard. What a gift! They were happy to use our homemade vinegar and water window cleaner upon our request. We could not be happier!!! Thank you! 💜

I was connected with this incredible team through Cleaning for a Reason, an organization that provides house cleanings for people going through cancer treatment. Wow!! 🤩 We got home last night and our house looked so amazing!!! It's smelled good too. I have never seen my shower so clean!! The team went way above and beyond to make sure I had a sparkling clean home at the end. Communication to set up and on cleaning day was very clear and frequent. It is such a lift to have the stress of house cleaning off my list while I'm going through chemo. Now I feel like I can focus on putting up Christmas decorations and making Christmas magic for my kids. Thank you so much!!!

I’m beyond impressed! The two women that came spent ample time cleaning my house and it is spotless. My husband thought the toilet lid was wet but it was actually that shiny! We are thrilled to have a team of such hard working and detail oriented cleaners.

Pamela's team cleaned our home beautifully, with so much care. Spotlessly clean, floors, kitchen, bedrooms, all surfaces. Highly recommend.

They are always leaving my house cleaning and spotless, the team are great, fast and have initiative to take care of any issues. They follow all the directions discussed and the best part, they are very easy and fast to schedule. I would recommend this company.

Pamela and her team do a great job, every time. She is trustworthy and reliable. I love coming home to a clean house!

Pamela and her team have been cleaning our townhouse once a month for over 2 years now. They do a great job cleaning and Pamela is very easy to communicate with.

I only get mg house cleaned once a month and when I do TCS does an amazing job!!! Coming home to a clean home is the best feeling and my house is often a mess. They clean every detail! Definitely wish i could have them twice a month!

Very impressed with the detailed cleaning I received from Toledo cleaning!
The girls were prompt, got right to work and did an amazing, thorough job.
This was my third attempt at finding a company that would do a ceiling to floor cleaning, like I do myself.
I’m so excited to have them come every other week- what a treat!!!
Highly recommend!

Amazing team! I was so pleased with the cleaning service I received. I am a busy working mom. Our house had gotten away from me a bit. Pamela came in and reassured me that she could help and not to worry. She scheduled me in quickly. The team showed up and worked magic! So appreciative finding this wonderful business!

Toledo Cleaning has been cleaning my condo for almost a year now. They are great! My house is clean, my pets are not scared of them, and I am winning the battle with pet hair thanks to the cleaning help. They are flexible if I need to change my schedule and respond promptly to calls and txt msgs. I highly recommend.

Pamela and her team have done a stellar job each time they cleaned our home. They are always open to doing special projects if needed. Prices are reasonable and work is outstanding.

I highly recommend Pamela and her team! They worked consistently and focused while here. They were very pleasant people. They did a really great job cleaning the whole filthy mess before we move in to our new place!

TCS cleaning does a thourough job of cleaning my home on a monthly basis. My favorite part is they text me the night before to remind me of the appointment and they always show up on time. Their team of 3 has my 3100 sq ft home done in 1.5 hours. They are great!!!

TCS was recommended to me by a neighbor and they did not disappoint! My place is shining from top to bottom, and I couldn’t love it more. I even have 2 cats and they were careful about working around them. Highly recommend!

Toledo cleaning did a move out cleaning when we moved out of a 1650 sq ft rental house recently. They were timely, professional and courteous. The house looked incredible when they were finished. We received our full security deposit back!! We highly recommend this company to serve your cleaning needs

My cleaning experience with them was not upto the mark. I ordered a deep move in clean with things agreed out before hand, however the cleaners did not move even light furniture to clean the living rooms. The bathroom interiors were also not done. The quality is not worth for the expense.

Reasons for 3 stars is the fact they were able to schedule an appointment in a pinch. However if you are looking for a deep clean, look somewhere else.

TCS has been wonderful to work with. They are dependable, thorough and professional. I have been so pleased with the level of service and consistency. Pamela is very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.

Pamela and her company have been helping our family keep our home clean twice a month for over a year and we love the service! The work is thorough, reliable and she’s a great person. If you need a hand I recommend Toledo!

But in a nutshell; TCS is highly professional, trustworthy, thorough, reasonably priced and highly efficient. You won’t regret hiring them for your cleaning job no matter how big or how small. Great communication and flexible if needed. We hired them for a move out cleaning and then kept them for monthly cleaning in our new home. We have referred them many times! You are in good hands with Pamela and Toledo Cleaning Services!
