Home Services reviews in Bothell, Washington

I love Toledo Cleaning! They’ve been cleaning my apartment for about a year now and I’m very pleased with them. They clean my one bedroom two bathroom apartment every two weeks. I consider it an investment in my home and my self since its such a time saver.

They send a team of two cleaners over each time so everything is done very efficiently and quickly.

I appreciate that they also change the sheets/make the bed and sometimes fold the toilet paper into cute little flowers.

More importantly, they do a very thorough job. The floors and surfaces are always clean, the bathrooms are spotless and the products they use smell amazing. Give them a try!

Pamela and her team are so easy and friendly to work with! They are efficient and always do a fantastic job!

Pamela and her team have been helping us to keep our home clean for over a year now. All of them work very carefully and pay attention to detail. After their visits everything, even our well-used stovetop, is left sparkling clean and our house smells nice and fresh. Pamela is very good at scheduling the next cleaning, sending out reminders and communicating to make sure our expectations are exceeded. For me, TCS has been a reliable cleaning service provider and I would definitely recommend them!

Never come back to my house! Terrible service.
Firstly, they misused the green food scraps bin, stuffing regular household trash into it after it hadn't been used for a long time. We didn't even notice what they had done until bugs started flying everywhere.
Second, they weren't as professional as they claimed, and I frequently asked them to rework the job. They left the bathtub unwashed and the dark cabinets unwiped, assuming I wouldn't notice. As others have commented, they were completely unprofessional. They frequently changed staff. Third, I fired them and stopped them from coming to my house. I politely explained that I was renovating and didn't need them to continue cleaning. Finally, they refused to pay for the bug cleanup. Don't waste your money with them.

Such a Terrible service! The staff can't even tell the trash can apart and throw it around, causing bugs in the garage. Check your bathroom tub, it's not cleaned properly at all.

We were so impressed. Everything looked brand new—the fridge, even the coffee maker! They did such an amazing job. After trying another cleaning services, this has been such a nice change. The quality and the price are both so much better. I’m really glad we found them!

I had a wonderful experience. Pamela is a delight to work with and her team did an amazing job on the deep clean. It looks and smells so clean and fresh! Looking forward to regular maintenance cleanings!

The team did a great job cleaning our home.
They left each room sparkling, they took their time to make sure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction.

I am a clean person. I pride myself in keeping a clean house. I thought I did a pretty good job. Until Pamela and her crew came through and made me realize how much I missed. I now can officially say my house is SPOTLESS. Will never go back! Pamela is responsive and knows what she is doing. This is worth every penny considering the quality and the time I save. The only thing I regret is waiting as long as I did to call her. Don’t wait, just call her!

Toledo Cleaning Service has been cleaning our home for the past 15+ years. They are punctual, thorough, communicate well and leave our home sparkling clean . We highly recommend Pamela Toledo and her wonderful team.

We have used Toledo for a year now and they have done a great job. Everyone has been respectful and they do a thorough job. Communication has also been very good. Overall we recommend TCS!

We requested a move out cleaning to get our house ready for showings. The place looks fantastic! Even our realtor remarked on how great they left the place looking. They allowed us to reschedule very, very last minute which we were grateful for since we were running far behind schedule for our cross country move. We were already out of state by the time the cleaning had happened, but they sent a lot of before and after photos of everything they cleaned. Worth every penny!

Needed to have our home move in ready cleaned. They did a fabulous job! Came quickly and cleaned throughly!

We've been very happy with the service. The crew is polite, professional, and always cleans our house really well.

I am completely impressed with their professionalism .

Very professional, efficiant, and thorough. Had them come in for a deep clean and they knocked it out of the park in less time than I thought it would take. Highly recommend them.
