Jordan came in and fixed our duct work allowing us to get the cooling we had hoped for. Great Commercial HVAC company. Appreciate their hard work and quick response.

We had used PAC in the past with no problems but this company has become one of the most unreasonable and unscrupulous companies out there. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!

I was told they would come out and give us an free estimate. They sent a tech out who was here for less than an hour and left stating that he would have a quote in a couple days. Now, keep in mind this tech did absolutely ZERO WORK when he was here. I didn't hear from them for a week so I called back to see if they had a quote yet. I was told that they would get back to me in a day or so.

The next thing I know, I receive an invoice for 2.5 hours of service and a $65 truck fee, which also was NEVER disclosed! As you can guess, I was quite surprised. I tried to reason with the service manager, Ben, but they are quite unreasonable and unwilling to cooperate. I even offered to pay for the hour the tech was here but they demanded payment for the full invoice of $423! FOR DOING NOTHING! So here I am...I'm not one that typically posts reviews good or bad, but this company is soooo bad I really want anyone else to avoid having to deal with them. They lost a customer for life over $275 and they are the one's that will have to figure out how to sleep at night.

Oh and the final topper....they send me to collections...with out ever sending a past due notice or calling to collect, these guys are a joke!

Still have not hear from anyone from this company 3 weeks after posting the last review, and the supervising technician blocked my phone from his cel #.

I am going to need to contact owner of company to see how to transfer warranty to a different company.

Beware…you may not receive what you pay for…

Keith is a great technician. He came immediately and had our unit working very quickly. He is very knowledgeable,personable and professional.His work is excellent.I would definitely recommend him.

Keith showed up at the time promised, diagnosed the AC problem and fixed it appropriately. He cleaned after the service and explained how to avoid the issue in future. We could not be more satisfied. High-quality workmanship & excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Booked my annual maintenance for the ductless air conditioner and was given a morning appointment. Everyone I dealt with was top notch! Service was great and unit service was quick! We are repeat customers and we would recommend them to friends.

Hamilton Heating & Cooling was incredibly fast in response. They answered my call promptly and I was able to set up an appointment the next day. Their specialist showed up at the appointed time and was very courteous and professional. On top of all of that, the price was every reasonable. Spectacular service!!

Great place for commercial HVAC parts and supplies.

Looks like my previous review was removed. Basically the response time for customers is terrible. After leaving my previous review the sales rep tracked me down to my employer and contacted them trying to get me to remove my negative review. I was not happy with this. Really hope they clean their act up.
