We have used Sundance for annual maintenance on our Gas fireplace and furnace for the past three years. Technicians are very professional and timely. Honest opinions are given and education provided. Bryan was here today and arrived on time and was very courteous and efficient with the fireplace and furnace tune up. Strong customer service from both the office and field personnel make doing business with Sundance easy.

Had an older gas freestanding fireplace replaced with a newer one. This required a lot of work, and Tobias and Ronan were excellent. They arrived right on time, kept me apprised of all the work they were doing, and left the worksite cleaner than when they started!

Tim Robertson did an amazing job! He was early to the appointment, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He actually sets the bar for how service should be in the industry. Sundance is fortunate to have him.

We made an appointment to have our gas fireplace and our furnace checked and cleaned. Heather came out to service both and she did an awesome job! She was very thorough and professional!
In the process she even noticed a leak in our hot water heater (12 years old) and we made an appointment to have that replaced. If she didn’t catch that, we could have had a mess on our hands if that suddenly went out. We really appreciated Heather’s great service! We highly recommend her!

Bryan and Tim, from Sundance, came out to replace our hot water heater and we were again pleased with their fast thorough service. We have an unusual set up with gas pipes in front of the water heater, but they confidently removed them, changed the water heater, and replaced the pipes in better condition than before! We appreciated that they were prompt and on time! We are now enjoying our new hot water heater! We would highly recommend them both!

We first used Sundance in 2016 to buy a gas fireplace. Brian took time to listen and understand our needs. The installation went flawlessly. We also use them to provide the annual maintenance to our furnace. Kara provides excellent scheduling and customer service. Tim did our most recent maintenance. He was thorough and super personable. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Sundance Energy for any of your heating, cooling, or electrical needs. They do quality work and have knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and personable technicians. They sell and install quality annd reliable equipment such as Mitsubishi and Bosch and are recognized as elite dealers for Mitsubishi and American Standard. With the increased popularity and “push” for this area to go towards heat pumps as the main source of heating, it’s important that they are installed and serviced correctly. Sundance has well trained and knowledgeable heat pump technicians and specializes in Mitsubishi (well regarded as the best out there) and Bosch (another great heat pump manufacturer).

We worked with Bryan after having him highly recommended by a family member. Our gas stove was getting its first maintenance session since we bought the home.

Bryan gave us clear advice and recommendations, which were clearly based on a lot of experience. His attention to detail and communication showed a high level of care for his customers, which was reassuring for us as first-time homeowners.

He earned our trust immediately, and we plan to keep working with him as we replace our outdated unit and keep it maintained. I would recommend Bryan and Sundance to anyone maintaining or replacing their fireplace.

Jordan, our technician, did an excellent job today! He was perfectly on time, thoughtful, sincere, and offered to service other heating systems in my home, which turned out to be highly needed! I am very pleased with the services that Sundance offers and Jordan did an excellent job.

Sundance promptly scheduled a service call for a tankless water heater. Their representative was courteous and knowledgeable, and helped me understand the nature of my problem. I appreciated the him and the service he provided.

They communicated well, and showed up promptly. Today our technician, Tim, was great at identifying the problem quickly, and explaining it so we could understand. He quickly got us up and running again and gave suggestions for keeping our furnace running great in the future.

My heatpump failed. I contacted Sundance energy to repair it. They did not sell or install this unit.
Sundance was awesome. They communicated extremely well. Came and did the troubleshooting and provided a quote. We set up a repair date and my system was fixed on the day promised for a little less than the bid.
The tech was Tim. He was great. Nice, competent, communicated exactly what was going on. Tim as a service tech and general nice guy couldn’t have been better.

We love our new and cozy fireplace, tobias was very professional and clean with the installation, also clear and patient at the time to explain how it works!

Tim was awesome! Very polite and respectful. Within seconds of hearing what’s wrong with our furnace he knew exactly the brand and the part that failed before even seeing it! This is the reason why Sundance is our go to for our heating needs. They’ve installed our heat pump and maintain our fireplace.

We had our furnace replaced and added ac system as well. We met Doug and he gave us a bid and estimate with time frame of install. He communicated well with us and was very informative. Kevin came to check the work was good to go for the team. Tobias & Tim were great and showed us how to run the new system. Doug even dropped couple space heaters. We love our new system. We plan to do all our HVAC system with Sundance Energy.

Mr Tim Robertson showed up at our house and did a great job of performing needed maintenance on our gas furnace. He was very kind and thoughtful in sharing some important information about our furnace with us that will be very helpful to us in future planning. What a great company. I had the opportunity to meet seven different employees from Sundance while having a fireplace insert and heat pump installed. They were all extremely professional and courteous. They did everything right the first time AND they showed up as scheduled on time every time. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for future projects.

Sundance installed my original furnace almost 30 years ago. Whenever I have needed service, which hasn't been often they have always been responsive and done excellent work. Tim was my service tech today, he was polite, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem gave me a quote and fixed the problem in about an hour. The price was reasonable and there was no high pressure sales. I would highly recommend Sundance and their service techs if you have an issue with your furnace, hot water tank or even home electrical repairs. Thanks again for a job well done!
