The technician called 25 minutes before to say he is on his way. Arrived at the expected time. Cleaned the glass and vacuumed dust. Did not remove all the pieces of heating stones before vacuuming. Tested the batteries of the thermostat. Turned on the fire place to make sure it is working. Overall we are satisfied. Wish he had removed all the heating pieces before vacuuming as Brian used to do.

Mike did a great job tuning up and cleaning my sooty gas fireplace! He was friendly, speedy but thorough, and happy to answer my questions. This was my first time working with Sundance Energy Services and I'll definitely be contacting them for future maintenance visits.

Sundance repaired our gas fireplace system after our older system had failed a few times. Sundance ordered and installed new component parts and now it works like new. We had a great experience from the sales process through installation. We installed new ac, furnace and a hot water heater. Everything was on time which is crazy given it’s difficult to get units right now. Wade and the rest of the installation crew were super friendly, knowledgeable and even caught a leak in our walls we would have never known was there. I would highly recommend Sundance and will use them for our maintenance needs.

Sundance is great. They're our go-to for all of this stuff. Jordan H just serviced our furnace and heat pump, he was very professional. I'm an engineer, so I ask lots of annoying questions and he was very patient with me :)

Sundance tech Bryan has been out a couple times for maintenance, and this time when needed, to help us with replacing our tankless Navien water heater. Service and response times from the company we’re outstanding, as was Bryan’s help. Techs who installed were efficient, and did great work. Fair pricing! Recommend Sundance!

I recently bought my first home and was a bit concerned about my two gas fireplaces. Gas appliances scare me a little and it seemed like the previous owners haven't cleaned them in a while so I called up Sundance Energy Services for a cleaning. Pretty much everything I could have hoped for; came over, very professional, cleaned my two gas fireplaces to a very nice condition and assured me my gas fireplaces are in good order. Explained how the gas fireplace worked and even gave me some free advice on my furnace. Seems pretty solid, I foresee I will be using their services in the future. They seem pretty busy during this time so it was a couple weeks wait, but it was well worth it.

Brian Hoeck from Sundance Energy did fantastic work for me today, and on a previous service call. Both times he was early for the appointment, efficient, courteous, super knowledgeable, friendly, and very competent. When it was clear my old system was shot, which he carefully diagnosed, he got me a great deal on a new system to be installed in just a few weeks, even during summer. I've had Sundance perform services on my own homes several times, and others who I've referred them to as well. Service techs don't get any better than Brian Hoeck, and Sundance is lucky to have him.

Jordan came to check on my direct vent gas fireplace today as my pilot light had blown out a few months ago. He was well dressed, extremely polite & very professional. I was immediately impressed. He took care to be tidy & vacuumed after he was done. He was able to clearly answer my questions about service & repair & what some possible options might be if I want to update my 20+ yr. old fireplace. We have two fireplaces that were recently cleaned by Bryan.
He did an Excellent job replacing the valve and pilot on one fireplace. He also did an excellent job on cleaning the glass, refreshing the embers, and checking wiring and connections on both fireplaces. I also give Dwight (owner) kudos for contacting me regarding previous work done.
We highly recommend Sundance to future customers.

A representative (Dwight Hansen) came out as soon as possible to evaluate our old furnace. We knew we needed a new one.
The price was fair and what we expected. The installation went smoothly and the installers were very friendly and professional.
We had one small issue after installation and left a message with the office in the evening. We received a call from Kimberly the first thing the next morning. Wade came out that morning and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes.
We really appreciate Sundance and highly recommend this company.

Sundance has been my go-to company for over 15 years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to go out of their way to insure my needs are met. They take whatever time is needed to explain everything in a way that is understandable and respectful. The technicians are so thorough that I felt like they viewed me as a member of their own families. I am extremely impressed with them to the point that I don't feel the need to get bids from other companies (even though I do read other company's reviews).

Sundance Energy Services did an excellent job of installing two ductless heat pumps this week at our house. We are returning customers of Sundance and their previous excellent service has gotten even better. Tim from Sundance Energy did a fantastic job! We had him come out for an AC unit on our rental property that had a coolant leak. He got it all fixed up in a few hours and the price was reasonable for what all he had to do.

Sundance also did a big remodel job for us with a heat pump & two air handlers and their install crew also did a great job. Wonderful company to work with.

We had a great experience with Sundance! We had two ductless mini split units installed and Doug was incredibly friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. His team completed the install quickly and didn’t leave any mess behind. The quality of work was high as well. After the install I had several questions and he was very prompt to reply and provide help. I would highly recommend them!

I hired Sundance Energy Services to clean my gas fireplaces and in the process, we discovered a need to replace some parts in one of my gas fireplaces. Jordan came out to do the work and was extremely courteous and professional. With the recent supply chain problems, it took longer than expected to get the right parts, but Jordan and Sundance were on top of it every step of the way - keeping me informed and when it arrived, he returned promptly to install it. I was super happy with his work, now the fireplace is working like new! When he returned to install the parts, I asked if he was able to fit in my annual furnace servicing and filter change - and he did. The rate for that was extremely fair. It's so refreshing to find a company that knows the meaning of customer service and employs thoughtful and capable people like Jordan that you can trust.

I called Sundance Energy Services out to my house to service and inspect two gas fireplaces. Jordon the tech for Sundance did an over the top outstanding job. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time, then patiently listened to my questions and concerns and address all of them. He explained everything he was doing and found an unexpected issues with one fireplace that he confidently fixed. The fireplaces work better now and look much better too. I have to also acknowledge that Jordan was an extremely polite young man that was easy to talk to and a pleasure to have in our home.

Updating this for a service visit we just had done. We can't speak more highly about HVAC technician Tim Robertson who serviced our split head system today. I followed him around and made a pest of myself, but he seemed happy to explain to me what he was doing and why it was important. I wish all of the service people we have work on our house were as friendly, professional, and competent as Tim!

Totally professional organization. The salesman was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. The process was tasteful and not pushy. Our installers, Keith and John, were incredibly professional.

We live in a 100-year-old house, and they hit a surprise in our house's ancient electrical system and had to run the power from a different box. Hey, no problem! They kept us informed, they were creative, and didn't mind explaining what they were doing when I poked my head in a few times. They left our house and yard immaculate and were total pros about everything.

One thing that we liked about Sundance is that they've done thousands of split head installations, so they know their business (and have a top rating from Toshiba, enabling them to give longer warranties than many other companies. They aren't some new kid on the block or some wannabe company.

After the installation, they walked my wife and me through the operation of the system. And they gave us their business cards and told us we can call the office or them on their cell phones anytime we have a question.

2 Years ago Sundance installed a new High Efficiency Furnace. A smooth install. This fall I noticed it was not quite working properly. I called Sundance and we scheduled a service call. Tim from Sundance came out, performed a quick inspection and told me my furnace was very dirty and also noted there was not a proper air intake installed. He got the furnace working and said he would come back and perform the fix for the air intake. He noted that because the intake was neglected the first time he would clean and install the fix at no charge. Now of course the mistake was on Sundance but I would have no way to know that. Tim was honest and upfront, did the job in a timely manner. This is how a business should operate. Thank you
