He thoroughly checked all parts of the system and wrote up a nice report. Very professional and answered all my questions. It was good price considering the needed heat during the cold weather. I recently got my air conditioning fixed with bothell. After reviewing my house they recommended a furnace and air-conditioning system that would work most efficiently in my house. The technicians worked well with my existing duct work to replace it. And before leaving they explained the maintainence and operation. And cleaned the space as well. I would highly recommend Bothell!

We had an inducer motor that had been whinning for some time and was starting to get worse. Bothell Furnance was the only company my wife talked with that did not tell her they would have to diagnose then order the parts then charge another seervice fee to come out and replace it. They ordered the part and were able to fit the repair into a time that didn't affect mine or my wifes work schedules.

The service tech that showed up was very profesional. He did a quick service check of the system, replaced the parts needed, then let my wife know about a issue that may want to address soon but was not critical. There was no presured upsell. When we reach a point of replacing our 20 year old unit or adding AC to our house Bothel Furnace will be our first call.

Went to visit the location to buy parts at the address listed and it doe not or ever did exist tat this location.

Scheduled for a technician to come to take a look at the the broken furnace with smell, never get a call from tech when they will come, never showed up at the scheduled appt, called the customer service 3 times throughout the day, always say the tech will call me and no tech calls or follow ups. Call again 1hr post appt window, no one calls or get a confirmation of weather the tech is going to show up or not. Just completely hang up my call. me including so many people in the house are waiting for the appt and all day schedules are hanging up due to this is very frustrating and unprofessional.

When our furnace was acting sluggish and everyone else I was calling was putting me off for weeks, John & Eldon found a window to quickly get the situation checked out and under control. It turns out that my blower motor was right at the point of failure. John & Eldon were able to get the motor replaced within a day or two and at a very reasonable price. These guys are good! Their assessment of the issue was spot on, they were prompt, accurate, professional, tidy and VERY pleasant to work with. As long as I live in the area and as long as they are in business, I will not need to look further for super HVAC service, and this is very reassuring in our household!

Spoke with John about getting an estimate for a residential furnace replacement. Got scheduled to have Dave show up at noon the following Sunday and nobody showed up that day nor called. Left a message at 12:30 on Sunday asking if there was perhaps some miscommunication.

Spoke with John again Monday morning, he apologized and said he would followup. I reached out via text message later on and John apologized and said "... they will have to pass on this one, thank you for contacting us though."

Perfectly understandable, but a no-show for an appointment and then stating they're not interested in my business was not ideal. Two stars instead of one for at least being responsive and polite in communication during business hours.

The craftsmen carefully listened to the wishes, explained what and how they would do, and also answered all questions. I haven't seen such a polite approach to a client in a long time! From the moment of the first call to the completion of the work - only pleasant communication and willingness to help.

Service guy charged me $112.00 but didn't really do anything and my wall heater still doesn't work. Very disappointed. Will never use them again.
