The two gentlemen were very professional! They came in and quickly assess the situation gave me a quote and discuss the options, and then went to work. They clean the area up very nicely and were very helpful. I will be calling SPT Mechanical again.

Sam came to look at a water heater to determine repair or replacement. It had definitely outlived normal lifespan of water heater so suggested replacement. I am very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, knowledge, expertise, customer service, and attention to detail Sam offered and provided. I had first contacted All Ways Rooter LLC for an estimate. I had requested several bids for a separate water leak in our crawlspace. The plumber(KD Plumbing) I eventually hired did a good job to repair the pipe leak, but was too busy with other new construction jobs they could not return to fix and repair the leaky toilet.

Lucky for us we found All Ways Rooter LLC. Sam did an excellent job of communicating the work that needed to be done to repair the leak. He also provided updates throughout the repair process and showed me the work that needed to be done to finish the job and what may have contributed or caused the leak. Sam also provided recommendations regarding replacing our old toilets and old pipes in our laundry room. The wear and tear on the pipes are starting to produce some corrosion on the outside. And finally, Sam recommended a free inspection for our crawlspace to ensure the toilet leak is completely fixed and no additional cost.

He was transparent about the price, honest from start to finish, and willing to share his knowledge and expertise throughout the entire process. I had very low water pressure on one outdoor faucet. I messaged All Ways Rooter and heard back from them quickly. Sam gave me an idea what may be wrong and offered to stop by for a no-cost investigation and estimate. I had him to do the work. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained how he was fixing the problem and how I might be able to do it should I have problems with other faucets in the future. We absolutely loved Sam! I left him a voicemail at 3:41 asking for a call back as a first time customer, and he was at my house by 5:30pm same day. He fixed both my outdoor faucets, and addressed a couple of other concerns we had. He was thorough, explained his process, and answered all of our questions. All Ways Rooter was very helpful to my situation. Tree roots had penetrated my pvc sewer line and Sam came and cleared my line the day after I requested his help. He provided video of before and after conditions and I was able to share that with the city sewer representative. Sam is also very reasonable and a hard worker. I would recommend Sam to anyone that I know having trouble with their sewer drains.
