Sam is incredibly responsive, hard-working, punctual, pragmatic in approach, fair-priced and willing to meaningfully refer to other professionals when it goes outside his realm of expertise. In short, Sam is one of those rare professionals that you wish you could have follow you around the country. Truly grateful to have had all of Sam's help, so much so that even though we now live well away, I'm tempted to cluster any plumbing needs that we have so that I can tempt him up this way 😂.

I contacted All Ways Rooter as I'd been having issues with my 30-year old toilets. I plan to replace two of them as part of a bigger remodel project, but I felt I needed to make sure at least one of them was working properly. I called Sam and he came out the same day and replaced it. I was thrilled...the new toilet is taller and much more water efficient. Sam was so great to work with...very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Sam is "the best!" He is focused on providing the best customer service possible for his customers. His work is accurate, completes his tasks in a very timely manner. Tells you up front how long it should take to finish his work. Sam also explains what the issues with the plumbing are and how to avoid future problems.. I reached out to Sam after reading google reviews, to get a quote for sewer cleaning and scoping. His quote was a third of others big name plumbing companies in the region. His service and his communication were excellent. I highly recommend him.

We had a flood in our crawl space. Over 4 feet of water was not draining from it. I called several places for free estimates on getting the water out. The bids were running between $50000 to 10,000 to just get the water out. Sam came over, looked at all our drains and asked if he could try the roto rooter and then when that didn't work, he used the hydro jet. A huge plug of mud and roots came out and the house drained on its own. All of this was much less than $1000. He came back the following week and checked out the situation after the crawl space was empty of water. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam and his company. He was prompt and thorough and very kind. Also proactive trying to unplug things first.
