I’m very impressed with the service I received from Sam. Not only did he fix a bathroom leak and replace the shower head.change the faucet ......, but what stood out the most was how well he listened and explained everything to me. he took the time to understand my concerns, clearly walked me through what needed to be done, and answered all my questions without rushing. It’s rare to find someone so patient, respectful, and easy to communicate with. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a plumber who really cares about both the work and the customer.

Sam was excellent. He first gave a free inspection and provided an estimate/plan without pressuring us to use him. I’m so glad we did because he fixed our issue easily while also providing extra knowledge about other areas of our plumbing. 100% will be calling again.

Sam from All-Ways-Rooter arrived around 10 p.m. to help my partner and me rescue our cat, who had gotten stuck behind the electric water heater. I had a badly clogged drain and really wasn't sure who to call. I've used plumbers in the past and always felt I was severely overcharged for the work performed, so I decided to Google: 'best honest plumbers in my area' ... I read a few reviews of purported good plumbers and decided to call All Ways Rooter. I definitely wasn't disappointed!

I spoke with Sam on the phone and he was engaging, asked several questions about my predicament and we made an appointment. When he arrived, he was on time and once I showed him what was going on he got right to work. Once completed, he went above and beyond what I originally contracted for and checked other pipes in my home as well as the hot water heater. He was wonderful!

I felt the charges were very reasonable and I will most definitely call him again if I need help with anything in the plumbing world! I have already mentioned his wonderful customer service and efficiency to two of my friends 'just in case' they ever need a plumber. I cannot recommend this company more - I sincerely doubt you would be disappointed.

I’ve had two separate issues with my kitchen sink – a leaking garbage disposal and a slow-draining sink. Both times, Sam was incredibly responsive and accommodated us within 24 hours. His work was professional, and the charges were very reasonable. I’m really happy with his work and would highly recommend him!

I called the company in the morning and Sam came over in couple hours, right on time. He is knowledgeable and very patient with my questions. He solve the kitchen sink clog in 30 mins and check to make sure everything works. Price is reasonable. He also gave me tips to prevent it from happening again.

We had a blocked sewer line problem, and as a result, our toilet was overflowing. The plumber who initially came only cleaned a part of it, and recommended that we need to replace the sewer line pipes under our front yard and porch. The cost estimate was very high. I called All Ways Rooter, and Sam immediately responded. He visited us right away, identified the cause of the block (it was grease) with his camera, and then used high-pressure water jet to clean the sewer line. The before and after videos provided the evidence for his good work.
Sam is extremely professional, polite and transparent. He explained every step of his work, and then showed the result. I will contact him again if I have any plumbing problem, and I will definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Keep up the good work, Sam!

Sam at All Ways Rooter is the best of the best. He is fast to respond and very thorough. He takes time to talk through different fixes and pricing.

He arrived right on time, was very professional, and took the time to carefully diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a pretty complicated blockage, and he spent quite a while working on it to make sure everything was properly cleared.

What we really appreciated was how careful and detail-oriented he was. He worked very neatly, protected the area, and cleaned everything up when he finished. The sink is now draining perfectly.

Sam also explained what might have caused the issue and gave us helpful advice to prevent it in the future. Great service, very professional, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. We would definitely recommend All Ways Rooter.

Sam was amazing! We had no hot water pressure in two of our faucets, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. He was extremely professional and friendly, and clearly explained what caused the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. The whole process was very simple with Mad Pipers Plumbing from calling to schedule The initial appointment through the work being completed. The invoicing was easy to read and simple to pay. We will be referring them for any jobs we have in the future.

I called on Mad Pipers Plumbing to inspect my water heater and general plumbing situation after moving into a new house. When Curtis and Jason showed up and these guys were normal guys you could hang out with while still being professional and respectful of my house. They quickly identified issues that lined up with the inspection we got before buying the house in addition to pointing out a couple of things I wasn't previously aware of.

Within a couple of hours they had a new expansion tank installed and essentially reinstalled my water heater as it was directly on the ground, crooked, and improperly braced to the wall. Quick and painless and not too expensive either. Would definitely hire these guys again.
