Curtis came out right on time to take a look at my hot water tank and give me an estimate, after that he quickly removed the old one and came back shortly with a new one. He was able to make all new connections fit and it looks and works great. Really appreciate the timely manner and professional skills, thanks so much.

Honesty is hard to find in the contractor business. These guys are as good as it gets. My moms disposal wasn’t working so I got hooked up with these guys through yelp. Curtis Pugh and his partner came over and told me it was just seized up and they could get it working in five minutes for no charge. Champions. Other companies told me they would charge me $500 to clear the drain. Thank you Curtis and Mad Piper, if I have any other issues at my moms place I for sure, for sure am calling these guys, you’ve earned a customer for life.

I'm used to getting multiple estimates and dealing with contractors and Mad Pipers Plumbing did a great job and there price was below another company's estimate.

No nonsense, no up-sell pressure like the other company, and though they did point out things that I did end up getting done, the other company was far worse in their approach.

They arrived a bit early and after I mentioned additional work I was interested in getting done, they happily completed all the work I wanted done during that one appointment window.

Called and came out the next day to fix my leak. Very professional, took care of cleaning up after themselves after leak was fixed! Great job Curtis!

We woke up to the water heater leaking (thank goodness in the garage)! Within about an hour Zack was here to check it out. About 1.5 hours later he & Curtis arrived with a new one. The communication, responsiveness & professionalism were outstanding. They had us up & working within a very short time. Highly recommend Mad Pipers for your plumbing needs!

Imagine my horror when inspecting my crawl space I found my sump pump leaking profusely! I wasn’t even certain it was still pumping properly. Doing my research I settled on a local plumbing company “Mad Pipers Plumbing “. Catchy name and great reviews so I gave them a call. They arrived next morning. These two were the nicest most professional guys I’ve had the pleasure to work with for plumbing issues. A quick but thorough inspection and I had an estimate within the hour and could be scheduled for the following day. Replacing a failed sump pump could be a big deal but they handled it all quickly, clean, professionally, and with a smile. I’m really pleased with the results, quiet, with an alarm, and located better should future service be necessary. I can sleep better knowing this shouldn’t need any attention for years to come, and I now have an awesome plumber in our phone contacts 👍🏻😊

Curtis dove into a disgusting crawl space leak without hesitation. Very professional and knowledgable service. Will call Mad Pipers for future repairs. Plus they don't have a hydroplane or football players in ads on TV that the customer pays for!

Had a bad T&P valve. It was leaking bad thru outside drain. Checked pressures coming to house and adjusted it. Drained tank enough to replace valve. Refilled tank and checked for leaks. They were very professional and timely. I would definitely use Mad Pipers again for plumbing needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Zach to change my old tub with failing tiles to a stall shower
From the start I could tell he was an expert in his field.
There were a few bumps in the road, mostly from my side of things (insurance, dry rot, the holidays)
He was out to my house several times as we navigated the situation. The construction side came out as well. But fortunately, the dry rot was not nearly as bad as it looked to be, so I didn’t need to utilize them.
I saw another review that stated they couldn’t use the fixture they wanted. Zach was VERY specific on which valve he preferred and why. You have to get specific trim kits to fit specific valves. Take notes and ask questions.
I would definitely use Zach and Mad Piper plumbing in the future.

Mad Pipers are awesome. Curtis has been out several times to fix various things on our house from leaky faucets to cracked pipes, water heaters, etc. They always come quickly, do a great job, are super transparent about price and what they're doing and why and are just really really nice, fun guys you kinda just want to have a beer with afterwards. Would always recommend and will always use again.
