We needed emergency service and Sam was out the next day (Sunday). We appreciate the quick leak repair and Sam was great. Only gave 4 stars because of the cost. Yikes, had no idea emergency services are this expensive.

We couldn't have asked for better people to do the plumbing for our bathroom remodel. Even our DIY framing and messy site was no problem for them. Bruce is the most amazing plumbing genius of all, and everyone was so professional, reliable and expert. Prices were fair, honest and up front. They clearly cared about us as customers and neighbors of their business. I will recommend them to everyone I know, and we will be definitely be calling Mill Creek Plumbing again when we tackle our horrific 1980's mullet of a kitchen.

Bruce and Fred were great. Fred called Monday morning, early to schedule. Bruce showed up an hour later (wasn't an emergency call but they were able to fit us in). Bruce was very experienced, diagnosed and fixed on site without leaving to go get parts. Very good at explaining, fast and efficient.

Their quote for our outside water spigot replacement came in at the lowest compared to others so we decided to go with them. Took a couple days for them to call us after we accepted the quote on line but once they did we scheduled same day and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. The plumber was super friendly and fast.
We will definitely reach out to them first in the future 🤪

Had a leaking PRV, called Mill Creek Plumbing and they were at my house two days later (could have been sooner, but my schedule was the blocker) and replaced the PRV and ball valve quickly and efficiently. Very nice and professional, would recommend.

Sam did a good job replacing the leaking water pressure valve regulator. Which is 28 years old and never been serviced. He’s very professional and showed up on time to do the work.He also recommended someone to do the drywall repair since he has to cut the drywall to be able to access and remove the old water pressure valve regulator that’s leaking. We are very satisfied with the work he’s done and highly recommend Mill Creek Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repair work.

I think this is the 4th time I’ve reached out to Fred over at Mill Creek Plumbing (MCP) to handle a plumbing job and he and his crew did a great job again. This time I tried to install a bidet myself and ran into some trouble. MCP helped me out and got the job done. They didn’t have the part on hand so they came back the following day. As I hoped, they only billed us for 1 trip charge and only charged us for the actual labor time even though they spent extra time working out a solution. Thanks Fred!

I have used Mill Creek Plumbing more than once now, and they have done excellent work for our family. Recently, we had a service line leak under our driveway, they helped up come up with a very creative and reasonable solution to our problem! I love that they were not only quick to respond to our problem, but discussed ALL options with us for repair even if it required another company to step in. Overall, you cannot go wrong choosing these guys. I could go on and on and on about them!

There communication was excellent. They called to let me know they were going to be a 1/2 to an hour late. The installation was fast and installed with courtesy and efficiency. They did two other small repairs, replaced the ring in my toilet and replaced a shower cartridge. Very pleased, they have now become my plumbers. They also are very aware of cost and work to save you money.

Having Mill Creek Plumbing out to take care of my issue was a "nice" way to turn an adverse situation into a "pleasant surprise". Two very pleasant gentlemen came out and assured me this wouldn't take long, and they were right on about that. Took about 15 minutes and to my surprise, I was only charged for 15 minutes. I told my wife it's not often you see good service at a good price anymore. I will call Mill Creek Plumbing first on my next occasion.

Service call to repair venting of existing hot water heater. Replacement was not needed. This wasn't an emergency situation. Mill Creek Plumbing quickly arrived to assess the situation and recommended needed action. Also estimated costs. Determined far less was needed to bring equipment into safe operation and at far less cost than other companies had recommended. Repair was quickly done! Thanks to Bruce for friendly service!

I sent a message via their website at 1am due to a burst pipe and received a phone call at 6:30am with a same day appointment. Fred was excellent in getting me worked in same day and Sam showed up an hour early and had all new copper piping and new water shut off complete in my garage in under 2 hours. I was leaving out of state for a 6 weeks, when the water district said they saw a rise in our water use, when typically, for 20 yrs, water use was low. I was impressed how smoothly this transaction and repair was done, especially with several obstacles to go through with communication through other people for access to the house and property. They found an older drain back faucets underground pipe, by a 2nd building, had rusted and was the leak. Timely solution and repair. I was very satisfied with the entire job.
